Each base is different. For example, in USAG Bavaria you can pick an area to live in for your "wish list" (if you qualify), but you will usually get what's available. You may be able to do this at Wiesbaden as well, but not 100% sure. Best thing to do is get a sponsor right away and ask, or join a FB group in Wiesbaden where you can search/ask the question to local military stationed there. They do not have AC but you can buy fans and portable AC units to plug in!
