Damn what a rip off xD I am german and can tell you this house is nowhere near worth 3000 euro a month in rent 🤣 Also 450 euro a month in utilities in a new built?😂 I guess someone only built this house to rent it to US employees/military cause they just look up the housing allowances . No german would ever rent a house for 3000 euro , you could easily buy something nicer with that amount🙃

I really can't concentrate on what you are saying and you're talking fast, which is fine, but again I can't process it with distraction of that bouncing bar at bottom. I lived in Parkstein and always grocery shopped for fresh foods in Weiden. So beautiful! the ideals of the homes, i want to make sure we have when we build here. The rolladen, the tilt n turns, the concrete/rebar builds. Now, the gabby walls I like bc you can customize and make designs (they do it near Fredricksburg here) BUT this is Tx and I dont need spiders hiding out😂😂 Gabby walls would deter people from climbing n sitting bc those things are not fun on the knees during an obatacle run🤣🤣🤣thanks for the view and memories of how beautiful that area was/is❤❤❤

Hey, apart from treating with Frontline you can only avoid spots where ticks wait for hosts. Avoid having your dog walk through tall grass in the shade, especially near forests or trees in general. Also Check your dog after a walk - ticks usually take their sweet time on a host to find a good spot to latch on to. They generally prefer spots well supplied with blood, e.g., inner thighs, chest area or behind the ears.

Lived there as an army spouse 30 years ago. Wow has the area grown! Still so beautiful. I loved my time there. We lived off base in Freihung on a dairy farm! I saw on another video they have military housing units in Freihung now.
