    Steve, hi, so I took a walk around Dawson City in winter. I have lived here all winter since October 14th, the snow has just now almost all melted🖐🖐🖐😊😊😊

    Oh the Quest. Always brings a little excitement in the winter. I miss the sound your boots make in the cold cold snow.

    Love seeing the Home Hardware presence in Dawson City. This makes sense since Home Hardware is more Canadian than Tim's. What a pretty little town that reminds one of small places in Atlantic Canada.

    I'd like to live there, away from the vermin in the south, I'm used to cold climates like Northern Ontario where I've lived my 64 years, thanks, I enjoyed it.

    After Siberia, this is perhaps the second coldest region in the inhabited northern hemisphere in years of winter lows.

    • @maryrafuse3851
      @maryrafuse3851 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I imagine CFS Alert is at least as cold, if not colder. I understand Summers are very nice.

    • @Augenhose
      @Augenhose 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@maryrafuse3851 True, even if not in absolute winter lows, but in terms of average and especially wind chill, Northern Canada is the coldest inhabited place worldwide. Wind chill can reach -70C, nowhere else at the northern hemisphere this happens. And yes summers are colder at the very north of Canada because it is at higher latitude and truly polar vs subpolar.
