You managed to make the best interviews to the boys I have ever witnessed through decades. I mean it. Profund, heartwarming, felt interviews. Kudos on you.
One of the best interviews I ever seen with Rush, I laughed and cried throughout. When an interviewer can evoke the sentiments of the audience in a collective fashion, as if every Rush fan was there talking to Alex and Geddy, that truly is the mark of a great craft in interviewing. George, take a bow!
I think that after more than 40 years and so much music and joy that these guys have given us they have more than earned the right to do what they want when they want and at the time they want, if in the future there is a collaboration then it will be perfect and I will enjoy it enormously, but if that doesn't happen, it's ok, I will continue enjoying the great musical legacy that they have left us all the fans.
People need to take Geddy's words to heart, they gave us so much, let them have what is theirs now, time. Go listen to the Garden, let them tend their own Gardens now, we all know if and when they want, they will share their fruits with us if they are not bittered.

I’ve loved Rush for a long time. I’m a deaf bassist and Geddy was one of my inspirations. It would be an honor to meet him, shake his hand and tell him how much I’ve enjoyed his playing over the years.
Man, I am with you brotha. Life is short, would love to see you guys again. Saw u guys in San Diego, CA. Back in 77 , love the music, u guys rock n will always rock n roll. God bless.
My personal take is to just let the legacy of the music they made live on just as it is. I mean who could ever truly replace Neil? He was so much more than just a remarkable and legendary drummer. One could even argue that he was the very heart and soul of the band. He was most definitely the embodiment of the supremely rich and powerful imagination that gave us so much joy through their lyrics and song structure. I see it as very much like with Zeppelin....there will never be another John Bonham and there will never be another Neil Peart. We should all honor and respect that and expect nothing more.
Don't think we'll see the two of them playing together onstage again .....but that's o.k. for us. We all enjoyed seeing Rush live and we still have everything they recorded and that's a really good thing. ❤🙏❤
I enjoyed watching the whole interview a few months back so much, it was nice to see these two faces and the interview itself was absolutely fantastic, thanks so much.

Rush respects and acknowledges their fans more than any band I can think of. At some point , the fans need to return the favor and let it be. As the saying goes: Don’t be sad it’s over. For a guy in England to be listening to Rush in 2023.. They gotta be good. I totally agree... Thought provoking... Magical.. Cosmic.. Powerful rock music... I'll always listen to Rush.. ❤️
Rush will always hold a very special place in my heart. I got a stereo for my 10th birthday and I’d turn it low so I could listen to my Rush CD’s all night and not wake my family. Whatever the reason, they spoke to me through their incredible music
I never got to see Rush, but if this happens I’ll happily do everything in my power to see them, even if it is across the pond. But I’d also be happy to know that when they lost their friend that would be the end of an era. Amazing group.
Rush were three hugely talented; funny; smart and genuinely good people. I wish the remaining two all the happiness in the world whatever they decide to do.
Hey Geddy, all of us longtime fans. We love you guys, we grew up with you guys. Neil could never be replaced. What ever you guys decide make sure that you and your families are happy with it. Hold your fire, keep it burning bright.
Aside from the music they've given us over the years, the guys in Rush are just good people. Good hearts, good sense of humor... the kind of people you'd want to hang out with.
You will always be remembered because with videos n recordings, we can still see you and hear you always! ❤ Thank you Rush for all the amazing talented kick butt rock music n lyrics! Masters of your Domain always! Hosers welcomed! 😂
These 2 gentlemen have meant so much to me and my friends growing up in the 70s and 80s and it's still hard to believe Neil is gone. As a musician, Rush was that platinum standard that so few could rise to. Geddy, Alex, you do whatever you want. And thank you.
I can remember vividly 1978, my older brother coming home with 2112 and sitting down to listen to rush for the first time. I'm a bass player today inspired by geddy.
Geddy lee and Alex and Neil R.I.P gave us a lifetime of the most awesome music that a teenager in the early 70's up until the final album could ever want !!! From 1974 to 2012 , it was a ride and I'm glad that I was alive to enjoy that ride with RUSH...........
I'm completely content with what they gave us they have a massive catalog of music that's still suffice after all these years. It never gets old listening to their albums and their bootlegs are a whole another venture. Time is a precious thing you never know when we're going to go, so embrace as much as u possibly can & as many people as you can before you go. Enjoy what you do and be happy and try to make the most out of it I know we're not all going to be Geddy Lee's or Al but it's enough to say that you were content with your life and you enjoyed what you did. Amen
Spend your time the way u want geddy/Alex. U did your time building a great career… yes we love u guys and would love to see more of u but it’s all about you guys now .. thanks for a lifetime of memories ❤

RUSH has been my all time favorite band, since Friday, November first, 1991, when I saw them for the first time, at the ( then ) Rosemont Horizon, for the Roll the Bones tour. And I have had the privilege of seeing them another ten times, after that. And their shows just seemed to get better, as their ages ( and mine, lol ) increased. Unfortunately, it would never be a true RUSH show, with anybody else but the professor, ( best drummer ever, ) with his extraordinary talent, and skills at the drums / percussion. Would love to see them, just one more time, but, that will never occur. And, it should not occur. R.I.P. Neal Peart
As much as I miss them I only want them back if they want to be back. Geddy has been and always will be my favorite musician. Neil “The Professor” Peart, there will nobody who could replace his sheer talent and lyrical genius. Let’s not forget Alex as well, he has a craft with guitar and making it just work with whatever song they wrote.
Guys I love you. I teared up when Neil died. You have given us an awesome catalog. You.are absolutely right. Enjoy the time you have left and enjoy it your way. Spend it with your family as much as you guys can.

I´VE ALWAYS ADMIRED THE INTELLIGENCE OF RUSH MEMBERS.
THAT´S WHY THAT IS MY FAVORITE BAND.
As a 60 year old you guys can do whatever you want rush has given me a life time of concerts and music that will live on with me forever thanks boy's
Time.. just love the wisdom and thought that these two ..and three.. have given over the years.
I never got to see Rush, but if this happens I’ll happily do everything in my power to see them, even if it is across the pond. But I’d also be happy to know that when they lost their friend that would be the end of an era. Amazing group.
Let them be them, wherever that leads. One the top ten bands in the history of the world, ever.
Thanks for sharing!!! This is so heartfelt
Enjoy life. Because it is short. I seen you men at Anderson high school and Maple leaf gardens. Time flies !!! Thank you for your music .
Amen, Geddy 🙏
Answered similar to the lyrics from, "Time Stand Still! 💕
One of my many favorite Rush songs.
If you think about it for a second...Neils lyrics were very prophetic.
@@kevinmcgiffin10 thought about it every 48 shows.
Dabears I know what your pin # is ….. lol
Bloody hell, Geddy looks amazing. You wouldn't think he's in his 70s
I can remember vividly 1978, my older brother coming home with 2112 and sitting down to listen to rush for the first time. I'm a bass player today inspired by geddy.
Love Geddy Lee what a chap
Amen
All I have to say is thanks for the great music and concerts. I cherish all of it.
I love these guys there will never be another band like them I love hearing this kind of wisdom come from Geddys mouth
Spend your time the way u want geddy/Alex. U did your time building a great career… yes we love u guys and would love to see more of u but it’s all about you guys now .. thanks for a lifetime of memories ❤
Man, do I miss both of those guys! Truly my idols! Ironically I get to see The Foos this Sunday here in Minnesota. I had tickets to the show before Taylor passed, but never got to see him live
“Freeze this moment
A little bit longer
Make each sensation
A little bit stronger
Experience slips away
Experience slips away
The innocence slips away”
Thank you for sharing. Heartbreaking about Taylor. Thanks for being kind. 😀
With all the 4K videos etc,
I enjoy going back and watching there videos.
Hopefully they can do what they want to do.
Geddy speaks in a baritone voice. But as he was describing the HOF Experience, his voice (all of a sudden) joyfully transformed into RUSH
R.I.P. Neal Peart
They just seem like the most genuine guys you could ever meet. I just spun Caress Of Steel and that record never gets old.
I really love you guys.
Choose what is right for you and I will be happy with that.
Bless you Alex and Geddy ⚘️
Thank you Rush.. you guys are the best of all time
Please 1 more time for all the old an new fans love that band back in the 80s me an Geddy got high in Houston crazy day

I AM GLAD THAT I GOT TO SEE RUSH TWO TIMES IN CONCERT WHEN THEY WERE IN THEIR PRIME❤❤❤❤❤
