I don't know you or all of your circumstances, but I just want to say that you are an encouragement and a blessing. Smart girl, I vacuume my bed. It gets rid of dust, dead skin and refreshes it for the next night sleep.

First and foremost, I am so very sorry to hear about the passing of your grandma! Peaceful Passage Grandma! She will always be with you in your heart, your thoughts and especially in the beautiful piece of jewelry you crafted. The winter wonderland you are parked in (grandma's house) is so beautiful and peaceful! The sled ride was great and so much fun to watch! Thank you for sharing your day and your grief with us.

One time when I was on holiday we were on a large custom boat, a Klipper, the Lutgerdina, she is homeported in Enkhuizen, Netherlands, and she sails on the Markermeer, IJsselmeer, and the Wadden Sea and Islands. She has a flat bottom, so she can fall dry, when I saw you pulling Nicolette, that also reminded me of that holiday, we did it with the wheelchair on the Wad, when possible they tied ropes to the wheelchair and pulled us through the sand, what was in fact the bottom of that sea

It is beautiful behind Nicholette's Grandmother's house with the gazebo and all the snow down by the river/creek where you were sledding. I hope you were able to get the campervan out of the snow being parked down by the river/creek. I would have parked in the driveway at the house just so it was easier. I grew up with lots of snow. It is pretty, but it can be dangerous driving in it.
I bet Nicholette has all the confidence in the world in Brian. I don’t think he would put them in a dangerous situation. Plus, Brian seems like a pretty rugged guy...just the sort of person you want on your side, when stuff goes wrong.
I am so sorry to hear about your Grandmother. Sending Hugs 🤗 But, seeing Brian run Nicollet down the hill on the sled made my heart so happy. He is always aware of Nicollets needs. In the same respect, Nicollet takes care of Brian as well. She is not lazy. They are so in Love and it shows.

Omg those mini condiments are so cute. I wish Walmarts in Canada have em too. We usually just save the ones we get from take out or fast food and use em for camping.
Kettler makes an adaptive sled that you can pull and push and when you sled down hills the user can direct down the hills or someone can stand on this thing on the back and direct it.
I found it at unreasonably cheap (for equipment) price in 2020 (like $200) and got it for my daughter.
You guys are both so strong to move in that plastic sled bc I’m too weak to pull my now 10yr old in the adaptive sled, I have to push and still get so worn out.
I’m so excited for the lift for you too, getting a wheelchair adaptive van with a lift has opened up our world and I know Brian can lift but I know Nicolette being able to get in and out of the van with 100% independence will just give this different level of freedom.

Becareful... You can hurt your rear really bad sledding
I knocked my right hip out almost an inch and a half I couldn't control my bathroom area at that point ... It took a chiropractor to help get it back
Oh wow ... I am so sorry for your loss we had to put our family pet down last Tuesday I feel the same like who this was the first walk with out him and things like that I cry alot

New subscriber here!!! Just came across your videos today 1/8/24..I have fell in live with you guys!!! I am disabled myself but I want to join the van life, I'm still able to drive. I use a cane a rolator. I don't know where to start. Can y'all help me???
What are the scars on Brians face from? Was he burnt at a young age or as a child? I think Brians too confident with carrying her so fast up an down those stairs. It scared me. Poor animals I would not have wanted to leave them in there alone. They e been alone for days an they lost their mama, you'd think they'd have some compassion an give them love. Coldness of people should never surprise me.
What is the recipe
I think you guys seem great, but i saw a comment recently that made me wonder.....how do you live without an income? Nicolette is fully able to work, and i know brian gets paid to be a caregiver. I think theyre from PA (im from PA and i noticed a similar license plate), and i dont believe family members can get paid for caring for each other. Hopefully my taxes arent paying for this. I dont know...how is it happening?
There are many programs in PA. My guess would be she receives services through the Independence Waiver Program. They are not married so he can be her paid caregiver. Any family member, except a spouse, can be a caregiver through the Waiver programs.
And yes, I know what I am talking about as I am a retired Case Manager who helped people get enrolled in Waiver and other programs.
They do make a wonderful couple don't they❤
