@@siddiqakazi1176 Replacing normal sugar with powdered sugar makes the cake/cupcake more denser. If you don't have castor sugar, try using normal sugar but beat a little longer because castor sugar melts easily since the granules are smaller in size.

Yesterday i made mini cupcakes following this recipe. The batter is good for 16 mini cupcakes. My kids loved it and give it 10 thumbs up. Tip: use tart curd it makes very soft cupcakes
