I made this cookie yesterday. Followed exact step. It came out okay types. It is over sweet for my liking. Baking time was 15 min for me. Anyways that depends on the oven. Next time will i try this recepie ? Nope.. but k do love his other recipies. Somehow whatver i tried related to baking from this channel, none of them turned out well. So i will stick to other recipes from this channel except baking. Even in future.

Same here. I made the recipe following exactly . Turned out amazing but had two issues - 1 they were a bit too sweet , well that can be handled by reducing the amount of sugar . 2 while it was 11 minutes in the oven at exact 175 degrees ( I had my oven thermometer in th oven which showed accurate temperature) the cookies were still in ball shape . It took 20 minutes to spread just right and bake . Did this happen to anyone ? Chef can you please throw light on this please .
