It's like comparing TV drama acting With Shakespearean or Theatre acting. Some moves are exaggerated to make it more visible onstage or from a distant perspective, as well as the dances being choreographed also adding an ensemble work to make it look more lively, whilst avoiding a boring and bland atmosphere
