Good day everyone. I jogged 5 km a day for 15 years until 2020. Since then, I had been walking 16,000 steps equivalent to 10 km per day. I am a recipient of all the benefits you mentioned in your program. I am now 72 years old with no maintenance medicine. I intend to continue walking as long as I can. Please continue your good work of inspiring others to start walking for good health and fitness.

Silence can kill you actually. We have been given the Brocca in our brain so compare to other species we can express. When you're dead you be silenced forever! Making people laugh is amazing, protesting injustice or use your voice to change life for improving the majority of people. So many good topics to talk about with solutions and creativity. I am not saying one has to talk all the time, writing is an option too. And being silent has at times its place.
