I second Immunoglobulins (and possibly real colostrum (pasteurized according to research) to actually repopulate gut. Many have reported healing MCAS 80% with it). I'll be getting some from a farmer in 2 days. It brings my gut back from the brink every time, even if it doesn't stay optimal it keeps it from spiraling out of control.
Such great! Info! I've had digestive issues for many years and now realize that the biggest piece I've been missing while searching for the silver bullet root cause that the most important piece is the ability to ground into my resiliency and process stress and experience joy in my life. I've been doing a neuroplasticity program called Re-Origin that has been extremely helpful in rewiring those negative loops and let go of fear. Highly recommend for anyone suffering with chronic health issues.
Ah, the sitting and fermenting comment is a great analysis. I believe that is my issue. Such GOOD info. Stress, and energy vampires. Exactly. YES! This was invaluable. And my quiz results were 90% accurate. That's a WIN! My gastro poo poos (sorry for the pun) digestive enzymes but they REALLY work for me. Thank you so much.
Woah. This is amazing Robin. Love how honest and curious Sarah is especially around mindset and influence. Reminds me of the book “Body Keeps the Score.”Science and Woo is a powerful combo!
Thankyou so much for these videos! Very helpful information. It is defiantly amazing to know that there are people out there that struggle with these issues as well!
Best thing that ever helped me was Elisa Food Intolerance Test. Finding out I'm basically allergic to cranberries and white pepper has helped to my IBS.
What info that is practical? I found eliminating lectins from the diet, read dr Gundry, helped. Learning about the gluten truth, FDA only classifies wheat, barley and rye as gluten but it is in all grains, listen or read dr Peter Osborne. These drs plus dr berg and dr sten ekhart helped me get close to resolving so many health issues. Hope this helps.
Hi. I just found your channel and I love your insights. I have a background in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine and am loving your interesting health ideas! You mentioned having a makeup routine. I would love to know what products you use and how you apply them as I am looking for natural makeup looks and I love your simple, fresh and beautiful look! I use all organic products right now but always want to find more and see how others use certain things! Thank you for your content! 🩷
That you for your very kind comment! Some makeup brands I love that have decent ingredients are Kosas and Ilia. I think a big key to my makeup is starting with a good hydrating base of skincare. I have a skincare video come in the pipeline! Another makeup technique I love is “spot concealing”: just putting a tiny dot of concealer on redness or blemishes in a precise fashion that lets the rest of your skin breathe. 🥰
These were very informative and well done. Thank you! I sadly missed the possibility to send in Q/A. I would've asked; what do we do if every time we try to add foods back in we get constipated due to LIFO (large intestinal fungal overgrowth) / SIBO. How does one approach this scenario? I have issues with oxalates, salicylates, histamines, amines, Celiacs, MCAS, +++++. It's so difficult to find anyone knowledgeable enough who can help and aren't just after my money.
I can’t believe she didn’t mention SIBo, SIFO and its different branches. 73% of IBS is caused by one of those. Todd Mansfield at Byron Herbalist is an expert. He works out of Australia though but he has lots of helpful videos on TH-cam. But the bacteria needs to be treated. You can’t just diet and meditate your way through SIBO. I hope you find your answers! I am in this misery with ya brother. I went to my doctor the other day and she never even heard of SIBO. So now I’m being referred to a specialist and I guess we’ll see how that goes. 🤞 ✌️
Yay! Thanks for your question. I tried to ask as many questions as I could collect-some were overlapping so I bundled them together. :) Hope this adds some value to your digestive journey. xo
What is the best probiotic (what should I look for when purchasing)? Enteric coated? When. To take it? Time of day? Empty stomach? How long to take before a meal or with a meal?
@@megabaneen8057 In this interview, Sarah recommends MegaSporeBiotic (a soil-based probiotic). I personally use and love Seed Daily Synbiotic (not sponsored). I’ve been using it for 3 years with great results. ❤️
@@megabaneen8057 I can ask Sarah about these things! When I worked with a doctor on my gut health, I was recommended to take my probiotic right before bed (ideally several hours after eating). I really enjoy this routine (more than when I would take it first thing in the morning) because it seems to help me sleep well. Conceptually it also makes sense to me to take it before my longest fast: sleep.
Thank you for your question. I’m so sorry you are struggling with severe anxiety that’s been unresponsive to treatment. That sounds incredibly difficult and frustrating. There are actually many studies that support the idea that fecal matter transplants are an effective treatment for both anxiety and depression. I’ve read some papers on it being a great option specifically for depression that doesn’t respond to anti-depressive drugs. Below is a review that looked at many different studies: “All studies found a decrease in depressive and anxiety-like symptoms and behaviours resulting from the transplantation of healthy microbiota.” (Citation below) This is probably one of the most interesting and exciting areas of research, in my personal opinion. I’ve noticed in myself that the state of my digestion and what I eat impacts my mind SO much. Today I have been having a bit of a depressive day-I now frame this as a “state of my body” rather than a sign there’s something wrong with me. This has made it easier for me to think of the ways I can shift my physiology. This is a topic I would love to explore further. I really appreciate your question. I didn’t hear anything about alcohol. Alcohol is the sneaky processed food. Eliminating alcohol may be the best thing one does for their lives. It’s a bit socially isolating, unfortunately!

Hey Edward👋👋 I’m very happy with my current mask that I’ve been using for years. I think there are equally as effective ones for slightly cheaper though, like CurrentBody.
