Strange and soothing times... Finding more and more of my Soul-Music. Three weeks ago Kiernan McMullin popped up here on YT and caught me with his lyrics, voice and a soulfull atmosphere and now Sierra did the same. Didn't knew her 2 days ago but now her music speaks right to my heart and soul and moves me in an inspirational way. Love that! ❤
This reminds me of that feeling you get when you feel an emptiness after someone you care about is out of your life. Sometimes I just walk and think about how hard it is to keep her off my mind. It’s hard to just let her go.

The guitar made me think of Ben Howard, the banjo reminds me of Kaleo, and the layered voices at the end are for sure a Bon Iver influence... and all together with that unmistakable voice is a Sierra Eagleson song all right! Wonderful.

@@moment23 hey man honestly I've been playing it in DADGAD using the fifth seventh and nineth frets arranged into different chords. I'm a play by ear kind of guy too

@@moment23 Pretty sure it's Open D tuning, capo 3rd fret. Bass notes played on the 6th string open and 5th fret, pretty easy to figure out from there I think!
