I recently discovered the backstory of this song. I literally cried because I didn't realize how an injury I suffered from many years ago was my crutch in life. It was my safety and solitude. I had to realize that I haven't really been living because I was so stuck in my past. If I learn to let go of the past, I can really heal and move on. I now know why this beautiful man crossed my path. Thank you for sharing your testimony of resilience and overcoming the odds. I know during the darkest periods in our lives, follow the light. The light represents our inner fight and hope for a better tomorrow. Never give up!

Came across this song on a short report on German breakfast TV in November or early December, prior a few days before my mom suffered a sudden and severe cerebral bleeding. She was half paralyzed immediately and passed away after one week being in hospital, short before Christmas. However, for me this has become her song now, like a bittersweet gift . Whenever I feel very sad, I'm listening to it. Thank you so much for this beautiful piece of music, it deserves much more audience and airplay. R.I.P. Mama ❤

This song is the anthem from someone who just survived a very challenging and possibly life threatening illness. Like the main singer of this band. I also just got in remission from a chronic disease that almost killed me in 2021. From the disease my body is weaker than it used to be. But I am thankful that I am still here, can move and do everything a human can do. And just like the song, I also pray for more energy and physical and mental strength. This song is the anthem from someone who just survived a very challenging and possibly life threatening illness. Like the main singer of this band.
I also just got in remission from a chronic disease that almost killed me in 2021. From the disease my body is weaker than it used to be. But I am thankful that I am still here, can move and do everything a human can do. And just like the song, I also pray for more energy and physical and mental strength.
I pray for anyone who is going through a difficult health challenge.
