Thank you so much for this. I am a perfectionist and I recently got married and my anxiety is off the roof. This kind of calmed me down so thank you.

Hello. First I'd just like to say thank you for your work. I stumbled upon it recently and it has been such a refreshing counterpoint to the vast majority of material I have seen thus far. Everything from the engagement nearly 2 years ago until this point roughly 3 months before the wedding has been tough (in part due to my anxiety but also because of multiple life transitions that have occurred during this period as well). I guess what I was wondering is if you would support continuing with a wedding if one felt like their relationship were less than 80% (say 70% just as an example) on a friendship scale and if I found myself more hopeful for the future than content with the present? Also, I was wondering how you define friendship (since being romantically engaged carries with it more intimacy than being strictly platonic). Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for all that you do!
