Almost all naga traditional dresses are short mekhela (skirt) and off shoulder tops, but, our naga male's don't look at us with hungry eyes, our state is very safe for females. Ya it's true about this rumour infact I also heared this in childhood because no body tell us but believe me We are from Allahabad Uttar Pradesh and I am also a CRPF soldier n we feel proud very proud that seven sisters are in India and they are Indian. And I want to say a thing that please you guys also feel proud of being Indian, not North eastern, southern, west indian, naga assami, Punjabi etc...

I was in sukhovi village, dimapur 2 days ago.
Lived there for 2 days in a hut 🛖 , the owner was outsiders.
They are paying heavy taxes to Nagas for living there.
At sukhovi station, a 20-22 old Naga boy threatened some other boys to kill them by gun.
Overall you are talking about cities like Dimapur and Kohima but my experience was not so good
