Saw this band in Clearwater Florida about six yrs ago . I know the music is different but on guitar , Steve Miller is as good as Eric Clapton . Still have a few of his vinyl albums from the 70's .

@@mattn09 okay, but i think time goes by and miller is Not so popular any more as bruce Springsteen or the rolling stones. I m from germany, i heard Him since 1976, at the age of 14. He was always one of my favourites.
@@cosmopolit670 oh they were super good, especially since he’s 80. I’ve never really heard of them before this show. However they sang a lot of songs that I recognized. Just didn’t know that this group sang them.
@@mattn09 most Songs i know, my first contact was the Song " take the money and run " from the successful Album Fly like an eagle and i liked the guitar Sound at the solo. Then i knew thats my music , blues a little bit of boogie mixing it.
Steve is way better then Springsteen. He sings better and a much better guitar player. The media doesn't push him like the others. He was playing stadiums in the 70s sold out. He does these shows now cause of his fans. He said he will do this into his 90s. God bless Steve Miller a Journeyman and an icon. He is a legend. Love you Steve and the steve Miller band🎸🎸🎸🎸

SM is an awesome songwriter and guitarist and you could walk by him in the grocery store and you wouldn't recognize him. One of the GOAT's for sure !
