Love my Tikkas! Had the opportunity to handle one of these yesterday, very nice rifle! Heavy barrel but not too heavy, felt good.

And it also gives a very nice sportingrifle. Bought mine in .260REM last year. Love it! It shoots 10 handloaded rounds with an accuracy of a 1/4 MOA at 100m!!! Absolutely love it!
But it has some disadvantages...
The trigger is very nice, but I personally would prefer a 2-stage Trigger. Why is this option missing?
And the only real nagative is the magazine. The internal of the medium-magazine is only 71mm... Why the f*** have you done this??? 73mm is the minimum to get a good handloaded cartridge in it, and works reliable.

.260Rem is an awesome round. Also love how easily I can make cases from .308, 7mm-08 or .243Win. Very versatile round.

I’ m huge fan of the old Super Varmint SS 24” but it’s not it’ available in US. Is the Varmint model has the same barrel contour as Super Varmint? Some say it is, some say it’s not.
