Makuli Meadows Yasin Valley Ghizer

Makuli Meadows is located in Yasin Valley- Ghizer, a dirt track from Yasin village leads up in the mountains across Yasin river for couple of hours drive till summer villages where road ends, a further hour walk takes you to the Makuli Meadows, a lush carpet of vibrant grasses throughout the meadows, crystal-clear streams wind its way down from the towering peaks above and at times forming breathtaking waterfalls, further up the hill is beautiful lake nestled among rugged peaks a serene oasis that captivates the soul with its stunning and tranquil kind. A less known natural wonder located in the Makuli Meadows is Rainbow mountain. These stunning geological formations resembles a rainbow painted across the mountainside, a nature’s marvel in Hindu Raj mountain ranges of Ghizer.
