I've been to Darkut and I even went further to Rawat and the hot spring, it was absolutely amazing! Tried to go to Broghil but unfortunately it wasn't possible due to the fresh snow on the glacier
Good job... the natural beauty of the land and the hospitality of the people of Pakistan are just out of this world. People may not have a lot but they are the richest people in their hearts who happy to give

I visited Yasin this year in August with my friends we went all they way to last village named "Darkut". This is one of least explored areas and is so so beautiful. Really happy that you decided to go there.
Native from Chitral here. During your journey I am sure you might have noticed there is a huge difference between Northern Areas (Chitral, Hunza, Gilgit, Baltistan) and Pakistan in terms of culture, language, and people. It is weird that we have more similarities outside of the country than we have with Pakistan. From Slavic background, to Turkic, to Central Asian to Siberian, you will find blend of everything. I really do hope you will enjoy your stay in the state of Chitral.
