Excellent talk.he spoke about what I have always done.i never looked at titles,only the human being.i never demanded that people called for with my title of professor,just my first name in order to break down walls.we are ,each and every one of us important whether you are a sanitary worker ,a cook, etc etc.all people deserve respect simply because they have a soul and a beating heart.
I was a HCA before being a nurse I’ve known a housekeeper who saved a patients life because she worked in on them not breathing I knew a domestic who always took the time to sit and chat with just about anyone who had the patience to listen to her I knew porters who’d go out of their way to grab things from other wards to support us when we needed them The little people are really the big people
