Hey guys, sorry for pinning this comment on all videos but I want to give you an update on the channel. I've been slowly adding a show archive to the videos including a full transcript added as sub titles and a full track listing (with links to TH-cam videos for each track). Pilkipedia archive link has been added as well and I've been having fun illustrating some of KP's best bits, I'm adding these to a shop incase anyone is interested: www.man-moth.com/ It's taking me a while to update the archives, especially as I don't work Mondays so please bear with me as I chip away at it. Lots of love, Man Moth.

He's a comedic genius no doubt.
His stand-up funnier than Ricky's
Not really
@@mkenne14I hope you can see the irony in responding with "not really" to someone pointing out clear evidence of Steve coming up with a clever, original response on the spot.
You might not find it funny, but Steve is fast with picking up on cues.
@omikronweapon It's not really clear evidence I've listened to it myself and I didn't think it was funny. You're opinion is different but I don't think he's as 'quick as a whip'. I find his jokes unfunny and usually mean spirited but each to their own.

Instead of being in bed, I recently tried listening to these shows whilst working out. Absolutely impossible.
Lost Dolly amen
I’ll do that sometimes. I usually listen on the tube to pass the time but I get the weirdest looks when I laugh at stuff.
Lost Dolly I tried running to them, couldn’t do it
Push ups is the worst 😂 when Ricky bursts out laughing you lose all strength
I do that but only for 15 minutes on a incline walk on the treadmill
ricky almost accidently swearing is even funnier than him doing it on purpose
Man moth you're a legend.
Like how he's all happy and laughing at the beginning but give it 5 minutes and they try to make him grumpy. Love it!!!
Even less than five minutes!
‘You’re 7 years pregnant’ might be the greatest thing anyone has ever said

Rick Waller on a bargain bucket is a hilarious idea from Karl!

This is what makes these shows the best ever. I’ve never heard any other radio show in history when someone, not even a real presenter, just announces they need to leave early. Like in a proper job!!

this is absolute gold, one of the best 😂
Ha ha he he ho ho...It begins with Karl's giggling. Thought maybe this one would be cheerful. 2 minutes in...and Steve and Karl already in an argument. Love it!
Karl's boy being pregnant was the funniest I've ever heard.
Remember when Steve was annoyed at Karl keeping his 50p change because it's not up to Karl to decide? But it is okay for Steve to decide whether he gets a reward from somebody's bank account.
Christophee1987 I sympathize with Steve on this one. Besides, he took 30 quid from a wealthy trust fund baby as his self determined award for returning the card.
I'm pretty sure Steve is lieing. Cash machines spit cards out after a certain amount of time. If you listen to Steve talk you can tell when he's lieing for humour effect and when he's not. A bit like when he says people returned The Office DVDs because they didn't like them. Total Bs story. The fact you believe them concerns me
@@Crashoverride774 the fact it concerns you concerns me
@@Crashoverride774 though I do agree, Steve doesnt get enough rep for the funny comedic anecdotes he riffs
@@Crashoverride774 the difference being, we can totally see Steve doing this, and it's a HUGE setup for a punchline that isn't very FUNNY either way. It's a cute anecdote but it's really not worth telling unless it's true. There's also way too much defending of his actions and rationalisations for it to be just a funny story. As well as Ricky completely going along with the story, when he knew Steve's habits and sense of humor very well, and being in the room with him, able to see his body language. Neither one laughing for a moment at the other's reaction.
Some jab at the Office DVD's came around just about every other show and is a very recognisable self-insult. We all know that Steve and Ricky are quite proud of the Office, so it's clear sarcasm when they imply it's rubbish. Aside even from the giggling that most always goes along with it. A story where Steve attempts sarcasm/humor at being stingey wouldn't be very clear, because it's well established that he is tight with money, so it would make no comedic sense to make up a story about it. There's no surprise, and therefor no punchline.
Unless you believe that every single bit about the 50p is also made up.
Not to be an asshole but "you can tell" doesn't work as an argument. Because (assuming it WAS a lie) some people can obviously NOT tell from the way he talks.
Long way of saying, I very much doubt it was a lie. (possible though)
'Because you've not slept well since you were 14'
'12'
I love how quickly Karl corrects Ricky
Just the other day I found someone's card at the shops. Could've used paywave to get summit but I just slipped it through the doors of a closed police beat.
I love how chaotic the start of this episode is
Forget flat earth, forget the moon landing - Princess Diana's death was orchestrated by all the flower companies and sir Elton John.

After so many times round I still don't know all the rockbusters answers.

Karl is talking about the legendary Viking, Ivor the Boneless; a character brought to live in the show Vikings on amazon prime.
10:30 I remember hearing this go out live and thought: if you had rinsed their account out, they could have argued it was a robbery; cos you took 30 quid out, they wouldn't have been able to claim it back.

Is there anyone else who is baffled by the fact Karl speaks about how Father's Day is a con and that his dad has told him to never get him a card, and then less than five minutes later he tells a story about buying his dad a Father's Day card in WHSmith?
I mean that story could have taken place before his dad became miserable enough to tell him not to buy a card.
I feel like Steve saying the emails complained that it was the worst Rockbusters ever because it was too easy created a supervillain and some of the impossible Rockbusters to come in the future.
Can anyone help me find the episode where after a song plays (I thinks it's Coldplay but I might be wrong) Ricky says really quickly "Coldplay The Scientist on Xfm 104.9 I'm Ricky Gervais with me Steve Merchant and Karl Pilkington Karl what ya doing" and Steve laughs. It's just a lil funny moment that always made me laugh and I can't find it. Any ideas?

I have just bought the first 3 seasons of Columbo.. I don't watch television

Columbo is on netflix too. I love that show.
I really hate to say this, but I think I would have with-drawn a hell of a lot more money than £30. Like if the card was sat there and ready for the money to be taken, I wouldn't have just withdrawn a lot more. Not all of it, cos then you've probably screwed them right over. But yeah, I'd have taken a lot more than £30! Am I that much of a bad person for saying that?
Oh and also, I'd be careful with how I spent it. Ie. I wouldn't just go out and blow it all on one thing, cos that'd be a bit dangerous.
+DowzerWTP72 *I* wouldn't have taken anything, but I'm not knocking Steve for taking 30 pounds.
Except there are cameras on pretty much all ATMs so that's pretty dumb
If they have loads of money and I could, I'd take a bit and give it to some charity or homeless person nearby. But not much, because they could be saving up for a marriage or something.
R - "Steal, or go to heaven? You went, oh dear..umm"
I don't get why Steve gets all the abuse in comments vis a vis his taking of the £30. Not that I'm defending him, but Karl said he'd have done the same, and yet he seems to get off scot free. Why is that?
I think it's because it's coupled with all of the bad things Steve has said in the past, because he the worst of the 3 of the
