And suddenly we were in barren mountains, goats on the road. Enjoying, sitting with you on the saddle of the scooter, and only at 7:03. And together with you, I am looking forward to see the snow cladded holy mountain... Thanks, sweet friend, for being again our eyes in areas where we will never come. I'm a 3rd generation Chinese living in India, currently in Li lijiang been to Kunming,Dali . Lijiang Lijiang is so very beautiful specially the blue moon valley. Thanks for sharing, it's a tough journey traveling solo on your bike, Kudos. China is beautiful will be going to Chongqing next before heading back on my 12 days holiday. Will be back for sure.

I always wondered what life in China would be like. Then, in search of videos on the internet, I found your channel. It's great to see you exploring and sharing your country. I came to realize that it is even more vast than I used to think. Although China is our neighboring country, I have never been there. Maybe someday I will visit, but before that, I guess I should learn Chinese first. :D

@roro4787 Meili Snow Mountain is a sacred mountain for the Tibetan people, and climbing is not allowed there. Moreover, government rescue efforts for mountaineering teams can be very costly and extremely dangerous for the rescuers

Hi Yan, at minute 5:45 you pass a truck on the 2 Lane Rd., but it is on a blind curve and you pass him on the outside. Me and Alex were very worried for you at that moment! You are still a new driver so maybe you don’t know all of the ways to keep yourself safe. But, in the future, never pass on the outside when you are going around the curve. Drive safe! We love you ❤

Hello Yan! Greetings from Connecticut in USA. What an episode! What I adore is that your moto-bike still has the straw "Blessing" weaved for you on the front of it. I think it was really cool that you stopped by this really professional "rest stop" spot on the highway to speak to other moto riders. To ask about tire pressure and altitude. It was funny, the name on the side of the vendor was "Yumu Coffee". Yes the hotel was expensive. 500Y was about $70.00 USD and I agree. But What a view and I am sure after such a long ride the amenities were welcome. Such wonderful travels! We love you and we keep your travels in our hearts. Be safe but above all keep your courage!! There are many travel vlogs, but you truly have the best and enjoy seeing your journeys. Your narration is great. Absolutely the best cinematography and smooth editing. I look forward to all your adventures and occasionally go back and watch your older ones. I am in Arizona so if you visit, you are welcome. I love that you know your history very well. I enjoy China history podcasts and the cultural history is very deep and profound. My wife is Hakka, born in Thailand, but her father came from Guangdong in a small community about 300 km north of HK. We are Buddhist in the Thai tradition but my studies include all forms of Buddhism. I love seeing the temples there.

Many years ago I trekked to Yubeng village at Meili snow mountain foothill. The trekking was tough but worth it. The日照金山is spectacular. I hope you get a clear morning sky to enjoy it. 加油！
When I rode my bicycle on this route in 2012, the tunnel under the pass wasn't finished yet, so the climb was an additional several hundred meters higher. I can't believe there was a coffee truck up there! I hope you got to visit 雨崩. That's a very special place, and the best views of 梅里雪山.

I enjoy China history podcasts and the cultural history is very deep and profound. My wife is Hakka, born in Thailand, but her father came from Guangdong in a small community about 300 km north of HK. We are Buddhist in the Thai tradition but my studies include all forms of Buddhism. I love seeing the temples there.

Many years ago I trekked to Yubeng village at Meili snow mountain foothill. The trekking was tough but worth it.

When I rode my bicycle on this route in 2012, the tunnel under the pass wasn't finished yet, so the climb was an additional several hundred meters higher. I can't believe there was a coffee truck up there! I hope you got to visit 雨崩. That's a very special place, and the best views of 梅里雪山.
