I used to work at Santa Fe Steakhouse at Fruitville and Honore. I have searched endlessly for the recipe for their black bean soup. If you can find it, I would love to see a video on that.
Hi Robert, it depends on your oven as they all run a little differently buy a good start would be about 15. Look for the cheese to brown and the bechamel to bubble around the edges. Enjoy 😉
Actually I am editing Ruth's Chris Steakhouse's Barbecued Shrimp right now. It will drop early next week. I'm sure that you will find that it is very similar because Paul Fleming owned several Ruth's Chris before he started Flemings. Many of the menu items are similar 😋

Flemings used to have Cajun bbq spicy shrimp on the menu and they discontinued it :( anyway you can recreate it please :)
