You'll see him on Evelyne's instagram a/c where she tags him in some photos. He was seen publicly with her together for the first time in Belgium last year for a film event for Le passé devant nous. Fans who were there and who met her and saw Evelyne and him together confirmed that they were a couple. If you search Evelyne's name, you'll find videos posted by fans from that event and you'll see him in them. It doesn't matter who he is really, as long as they're happy.
