Chris is on point here. This song will stand out in Semi Final 1 because it is so different. The fans here in San Francisco think this could be top 3 in The Final! The dark horse of the competition.
best slow song of this year IMHO. It's romantic, it makes me FEEL something and she can sing live. Semi 1 is tough, but if any slow songs make it, this would be the one.
Look at her final performance where she is sitting on a stage and live performance was more powerful than a clip

I believe she can qualify. People are really impressed by Salvadors statement last year. So if the eurovision audience chooses music with feeling, this could easely qualify.

the contest is all about diversity of styles and there should be room for Lithuania and Ireland in the final
The more I think of it, the more I'm thinking that you could just scrap semi-final 2 and just add the prequalified entries to semi final 1 and call it the final.....I wouldn't miss any of the other songs (except maybe the epicness of Denmark)

Depending on staging, running order and her live vocal in the semi this might stand out and both juries ans televote could appreciate it. I like it but you deffinitely need to be in a mood to listen to it. Good luck lithuania, since I usually hate your songs this is a massive improvement!
Actually I was putting on all of this year's songs for my family and one of the only ones they didn't talk over was this one. Maybe it doesn't have peaks and valleys, but neither did Salvador and this song is honestly beautiful. I think in a year of loud, boisterous songs this will do very well - if it qualifies that is, semi 1 is difficult.
You just said what I think. And I am a bit surprised, that even after Salvador's non-growing (but great) song "When we're old" gets such comments...
Nice musical terms from William, and I agree with his opening critique about the entry. I have just analysed this song myself, and it’s actually better than I first thought. There are hidden gems throughout. :)

I think this will qualify. I think it stands out in a semi final with a lot of pop songs and I think it's a better song that you guys are giving it credit for :) Semi Final 1 is gonna be a bloodbath but I can def see this making it through.
This is one of these hard-to-predict songs. From utter failure to a top 10 finish, every outcome is within reason. The overall package is definitely solid, so if Ieva can put more emotions into the song compared to the studio cut, we might be in for a surprise at ESC.
I think this is a 8-13 in the semi- final. So many good songs in semi final 1! Might be a dark horse
If it'd be in the 2nd semi, it would be a definite qualifier, cause 2nd semi is just weak. In the first though... not so sure. Like the song personally, but yeah..

The song is better than Armenia, Iceland and Ireland's songs but a lot of things depend on the staging. I hope she does well.

I'm with Chris, When We're Old has really grown on me - it's a nice song, and the diaspora vote always helps Lithuania.. I think it could go either way. Thinking back to Lithuania 2013, I wouldn't be surprised if this qualified.. but as most of my favourites are in Semi 1, my forward thinking is hoping it won't 😂
Strange I really am drawn to this. I keep going to listen to it quite deliberately, I think it is really touching. Do I think it will qualify, I don’t know? It’s in the monster semi. I hope she does well though 🤞🤞
I'm pretty sure the semi final running order is going to be revealed very soon so can you please do videos where you guys analyze them? (Also I want it to be in the same format as the ones you did in 2015).

It's really sad that the odds are not in our favor this year: I mean, Lithuania usually gets to perform in the second semi, but not this year.. Hopefully things will go well with the performance order, the staging etc and maybe some of the favorites will flop in their live performance (I am not wishing them that, but everything is possible :D) and here comes a chance for us :D
Congratulations on making the final and finishing in 12th (though Ieva should’ve been much higher.) She killed it in her live performances and did so much better than I anticipated. When We’re Old was my favorite ESC song this year.
Its qualification will depend if the uptempo songs would cancel each other out. No way would we get a first batch of all uptempo pop songs from this semi. Someone has to give way.
Borderline qualifier at best but I like this song so much.
The lyrics of the song have strong social meaning and her voice is nice. But, I don't believe she might qualify. This song just passes by and you may only remember its very nice and sweet video. On the other hand, I'm thinking, that "When We're Old" will be in the same Semi-Final with very opposite really vulgar song from Macedonia, which, despite is so catchy, I'd better choose Ieva's song.

I think semi 1 is really hard to predict and I have this weird feeling that she might qualify. Would not be in my top 10 of semi 1 to qualify (I have more than 10 anyway), but I don't dislike it either. I would just prefer a lot of other songs in the final
