    That was a brutal extraction. I suggest you invest in a Owners/Operators Manual, a Parts Manual and a Shop Manual for your 955-H track loader. These manuals make maintenance and repair much easier, you can find them on eBay.

      Yeah I have one. It's just big heavy parts. Not much I can do about that.

    If you have and small channel to fit over the two lift cylinder it will support the bucket in a raised position safely 🇬🇧🇮🇪.

    Replacing the engine on our 955H as we speak, going through this same kind of stuff. Radiator rebuild, etc. Big project and all heavy stuff!

    • @PossumKing

      You have a d330a in it? They are really simple motors. I'm currently down waiting on engine parts myself.

      @@PossumKing same engine! It ran very well but its worn. It's a good time for us to go through the machine and clean it up, etc. Do you have any hints on engine removal/where to get parts/contact for your radiator guy? Thanks 👍👍

    • @PossumKing
      @PossumKing  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@TheOldMachines I have nothing for engine removal. You need to find a manual on eBay. As for the radiator I used west side radiator in Denver PA. There is another company online that can make it for $1500. I paid S1200 though west side. I can get you a part number tomorrow if you want to look online.

      Too short on chain lifting radiator.

    • @finallyitsed2191
      @finallyitsed2191 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@digndurt6936 ...actually, the short chain allows the operator to rotate the radiator anywhere from vertical to horizontal just by curling or dumping the bucket making it easier to align the bolts in the radiator housing with the chassis. This guy did a lot of very difficult work by himself. That alone is impressive.
