1:29 Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ is the first one with variable aperture! Infact the Note 9 also had that. Don’t know why they removed it.

My note 9 have almost all features. From last 5 years im using this. 0 issues.. 0 replacement. Very smooth UI. just battery draining because its old. Very good and last phone with all features from Samsung. ❤❤

@@rrrr3666 for me its ook. Because most of the time i carry 1 Powerbank. Battery is not a big issue it can survive 3 hours of screen time. That good enough after 5 years.

Just a suggestion, please do a camera video outside your apartment. It's tiring to see the same video for years and years. While it enables for a fairer comparison and easier judgement, it hardly shows any capability on these ultra phones' part.
Exactly , same videos same buildings, same leaves. Sometimes we feel something else and he seems to be saying something else. May be individual preferences.

@amarcreator77Same Vivo X100 Pro ke liye bhi bol sakte hain lekin log phir bhi usko kharid rahe hain, aur waise bhi HyperOS is better than FuntouchOS (personal experience).
HyperOS ke animations OneUi se better hai (bohot saare youtubers maante hain) aur bohot saare log Xiaomi 14 Ultra ke India launch ka wait kar rhe hain.
Edit:- Maybe Xiaomi 14 Ultra already India me pre-booking ke liye available hai. Bohot se logon ne pre-book kiya hai.

Xiaomi 14 ultra didn't launch in India. Only the Xiaomi 14 did.

I recommend you to use manual portrait or pro mode in Xiaomi for portrait set up manually tou will get some very good portrait 😁

S9. The night time video camera was really shaking while you were walking. And I think it's great that they have AI helping with the zoom. I'm sure Samsung will get that soon. The camera might be a little better, but as an overall phone, nothing beats the Samsung.

This year no comparisons to Samsung. It produces most accurate skin tones out of all phones. For me skin tones matters a lot. As subjects and landscape photography can be tuned. But tuning skin tones is very difficult.
Compare it with the vivo x100 pro , lets see how it fares up against the best

Hello, does the Xiaomi 14 Ultra Global version you tested have a 5300mAh battery?
I ask this question because mine has a 5300mAh battery. And let me be clear, it's a Global version.

It was not variable, it was either 1.5 or 2.4, nothing in between

My friend has Vivo x100 pro & after checking the camera pics he took was just mind-blowing & in low light even Samsung n iPhone doesn't even come close to vivo hence i decided to cancel Xiaomi 14U pre reserve & gonna buy Vivo X100 Pro...only downside of vivo os that funtouch OS however i can compromise due to excellent cameras of vivo.

Lost all hope in Xiaomi but... I have Mi 11 ultra but within 3 years of purchase I started facing issues in wifi and phone speaker after software updates.. MI software centres admitted that it is their hardware issue but failed to do anything on it...

I was thinking damn these Xiaomi phones have really ducked the portrait mode going for that van gogh look like Pixels- and bam, Ershad said it looks like old pixel phones 💯.

u should use a proper dslr as a control group between the phones for us to see how the scene really looks
I found the S24U low light video much better and well lit than the 14U video. The 14U was so dark and hardly anything in the shadows was visible. Even the daylight videos and selfie videos seemed much better on the S24U. The 14U looks heavily processed and the selfie video skintone was a white mess as per what I saw compared to the Samsung. And yet he declared, 14U the winner in videography. Have started to notice in Ershad a preconceived mental bias nowadays when comparing phones. Noticed in the OnePlus 12 vs S24 video too.
Its a well known fact that s24u is not best camera phone on market. Its 14 ultra. Watch other reviews.
I understand. Decent average users nowadays always want a strong hdr boosting shadows. As a photographer myself xiaomi 14 ultra is close to as good as a real professional camera. If you want social media ready samsung is the one to go
@sankarsondas2097 I agree with you on this. No doubt 14U is very good. But I found the pics and videos better for S24. I really wanted 14U to look good but I guess it's work in process.
