Had recall done and they updated 6 modules. Since then 1 charging system fault that made me pull over and restart on ICE. I got home plugged it in and no more issues. Sunday I got a message it was going into FORM which was ok as it has been driven a lot with very little ICE use to get oil temp high. I reached my destination and while driving the oil temp hit 160 max for maybe 2-3 minutes (short trip). I came back out and started it and FORM was gone. So two flaky things probably unrelated but it does give me concern on a 2022 with 5600 miles. No other problems but the alloy wheels do bend if you hit potholes! Learned that one too. Odlly enough I had hit bigger holes harder in my F150 and Outback with only an out of balance as a result. Overall pleased but there is so much software driven systems I am a bit concerned. And this is from a techie who did embedded software for fighter planes for decades in my career. I know how small code mistakes lead to big problems.
Hi i just bought a 4xe wrangler 2.0turbo and when i try car st dealer that light was ON. They said it was due to completely battery discharged as it was parked for few weeks so they started it with booster and thats why light was ON. I drove the car and was running fine then i asked them to fix it before i would collect it. Im suppose to get it next week (is used but still under jeep warranty for 2 years). Dealer sent me a picture saying they fix it. Its a landrover dealer not a jeep. Anyway could it be really possible that light was ON due to battery discharged? I know car was serviced just recently by jeep like 3000km agó. How can i check which updates they applied? Thanks for support
Yes, called in to make appointment, they give me Jan 5th… now I have to drive the car with check engine light on till Jan 5th. Honestly no time for the stress.
My charging system fried twice in the first few months using a perfectly functional "juicebox" that powered my eGolf for 2+ years. Had to move to the level 1 charger, but meh... it's been good till my latest CEL this week. Running into the cabin heating issue now as well, but it's been in the 30s, i guess that's normal.
I REALLY wish i didn't bring my jeep in for the Update...i had no issues at all! 1 week after i got that software update , it went into the check engine light "charge fault error! just a mess!
@JeepsOnTheRun Because I'm smarter than they are and I kept telling them it's a connection problem. Or a wire problem, not all the other problems and then they found it. Problem resolved and I got a bunch of money back too. You got to talk to the Jeep company. Dealerships don't train their employees corbecause they don't give a darn Because the democrat world teaches people To give up on life and knowledge

17k mile the check engine light came on my 4xe... will be selling it... first time jeep owner and done with jeeps.
So, curious.
One check engine light and you're going to sell the Jeep?

@@wallyn1410 in understand. I Will say, however, no vehicle is immune from having issues. Your check engine light may be something simple.
Will let you know the updates once I went in to dealer.
@@wallyn1410 Hi can you give update on this?

The Cabin Heating is a tough one, it the 30's it still shouldn’t be an issue. I'd keep an eye on it
Zero issues after the ZB7 recall, done last week, EU spec.
Thanks for the comment! keep us posted.

Agreed. The good news is, I feel they Re doing a good job working though these bugs.
There's need multiple updates since! Be sure to get updated again.
Most engine lights was because of a wire being Kink
@@jamieeisenhower1560 I haven't heard of that being a common problem.
