- Back again with another Corksport installation, this time we are installing their Front Strut Tower Bar designed for the 2014-2017 Mazda 6 models! This modification is designed to keep your Mazda 6 handle better when taking tight turns or driving spiritedly. There was an immediate improvement in handling once it was bolted on so Corksport hit another home run!

Preparing to install this Front Upper Strut Bar on my Mazdaspeed 6. Do I need to lift the car to do so before loosening the two bolts on either side?

It definitely made the front end more sturdy, significant difference in handling imo

So what was the torque spec on your struts ? I guess it doesn’t exist for you ???
It doesn’t.
Do you need to torque down the bolts?
I only did them hand tight
