Sadly there are so few views even among Malaysians. If you listen carefully you will learn about economics.
It would be nice if he talked more about Malaysia and the current economic situation for the people and the slowness faced currently.

India has succumbed. Those fighter jet technology that US is dangling is too hard for India to not take the bait.

India has to choose what's best for them... With the border skirmishes with China, and china being a dick to India on all matters, suddenly jumping on BRICS and acting as a friend is just an asshole move from China

Food deliveries create huge modern services, a silver lining, if gov does facilitate those operators to reinvent, some of them can be another Fedex or Amazon or Alibaba...D operators need to be resilient, smart n honest enough. It's exactly China has Alibaba / Taopao, EV, drones, hi speed trains, Beidou n etc. China has done d best fr USA, EU, Japan, Sg, MY n so on, walk d talk❤

All we need is to strengthen the domestic economy by emphasizing economic activities which move us to become a producer rather than a consumer. An aggressive efforts should be prioritise on agriculture sector as it's provide one of the human basic needs

The world countries inequality all boil down to the world monetary system. There must be a world currency of equal value for all countries. Then the inequality will be less severe than it has been down the history of mankind.
There must be a world currency of equal value and keep it so in all countries in the world all the time. Then, inequality among nations will be much lesser.
The string currency values of the developed countries are making all other countries poorer and poorer all the time and continuebto make it worst still as time goes on.

Does that India is an obstacle to BRICS currency and de-dollarization? Does India, is an obstacle to de-dollarization and BRICS unity? Will India's participation hinder the BRICS' ability to cooperate?
Since India has refuted the BRICS country’s new currency, potentially in response to pressure from the United States, that could cause the group to disband by the US playing on the long-standing conflict between India and China.
Many scholars argue that India has abandoned the Global South, which is merely a breach of its pledges to the BRICS. The sound argument is that India cannot influence the coherence of the BRICS group significantly, no matter how hard US-led West wishes or pushes India.
Since many countries are interested in and so many prospective new members join BRICS, the group will likely scale its de-dollarization agenda, and plausible that BRICS will expand its de-dollarization objectives.
Using India and China's protracted rivalry to its advantage, the United States is hoping it might be able to succeed, causing the BRICS to fail. This will have far-reaching consequences for the cohesion of the BRICS and, thus, the group's future.
The United States takes advantage of the protracted dispute between China and India by proposing technology transfers in exchange for India's potential interference in BRICS-related initiatives. The United States also aims to contain China to maintain its hegemonic dominance. The United States is betting on the probability and peril of Indian BRICS sabotage. Due to their long-standing antagonism with China, it would be advantageous for the West, led by the United States, to exploit and manipulate their geopolitical advantage over the BRICS nations.
The BRICS nations are dedicated to genuine collaboration and sovereign equality. The BRICS are advancing multilateral and egalitarian international relations, and their practice and expansion of these relations demonstrate their repudiation of the current flawed international order and distribution of power. Even if it takes longer than anticipated, this action will significantly contribute to forming a new global order.
The appearance of the BRICS nations was a necessity. These nations are endeavoring to establish a mutually beneficial, independent relationship founded on parity. As a result of the unstoppable trend and the shared objective, the cooperation and cohesion of the BRICS nations have reached unprecedented heights, contributing to the organization's increased allure. The geopolitical entity BRICS will have a significantly greater impact on the current state of international affairs. Consequently, the United States-backed global order will confront new challenges.
The fact that each independent BRICS nation can confidently assert that it is on par with every other member demonstrates that the BRICS are not governed by or used as a tool by a single government.
This is one of the reasons why the United States finds the BRICS nations so compelling. Even if the United States is merely interested in joining BRICS, as other organization members have stated, it may be permitted. The United States could join BRICS if it legitimately desires it.
India’s geostrategic position exposes as less stable than previously believed. Are they on the side that will inevitably prevail in history?
Uncertainty exists regarding whether the Global South can rely on India as a dependable partner. A sound argument doubts India's geostrategic credibility by questioning its judgment and policies about global South issues. This is because the idea raises questions regarding Indian geostrategic discernment and policy about the Global South. Her current foreign policy should reflect her ambivalence about non-alignment.

India know China does not want war in the border, and China want to promote example of economic development and rise without war. It is just that current Indian leaders wanted to be the taikoh of the global south, and in an illusion that the hundred plus 3rd world nations wanted India instead of China to lead the global south, the reason they sabotage Chinese effort in forming a multipolar world. Further more US is supportive of India's style of leadership in global south.

i think..chances of Trump 2.0 in 2024 are getting lesser though. esp if the war in ukraine are holding up at 50-50 still, or at least no new grounds gained by russia.

Bilateral arrangements with the US will always been on military exercises and trainings. Never been on operational matters.
The guy in Washington has no clue. The MAF is no way will agree with military operations with the US. MAY has no asset for the mission.

Democracy is not the accumulation of votes. It is the willingness of the incumbent to risk the possibility of defeat, in a fair and open election, without any sides resorting to jingoistic ideas. Democracy cannot lead to the tyranny of the majority of the minority too. These are just two of many criteria.

No country in the world practices the idealistic democracy you imagined.
In the real world, democracies will ALWAYS be subverted by the rich and powerful and will eventually turn democracies into plutocracies.
