Hello! Great video! Technical question. I can get my streams to work pretty well from my XBSX but when I go to the twitch site to download the video file, I get a corrupted file. Even though I can watch my stream just fine. This was never an issue when I streamed from my Xbox one, it always downloaded fine. Have you experienced this? How would you problem solve? Why am I having issues downloading my past streams from twitch but only from my Xbox Series X? Thanks in advance! I subscribed.

Quick question, does twitch pick up voices from my party even if were using the regular activition warzone lobby chat? Or do we have to use the xbox live part chat or an outsource like discord?
I’m pretty sure the answer is yes, but I think everyone in the party has to turn on a setting in the party chat
You have to make sure you enable it before you start streaming, and then your friends in your party have to turn the option on at the top in the party chat for their voice to be broadcast

If your friends are on the same platform they may need to allow their voices to be shared, if they are on another platform you can only hear them in game chat. Keep in mind that if you only talk to your friends then your chat is going to feel alienated. Thanks for watching!

I was looking for information like what camera to use or options to replace the loss of the Kinect... I wish I could still have the option to download an app or something to allow for the kinect to be compatible as a Webcam. I mean you can use it on PC as camera, sorry for the rant 😅 it's just annoying cause I have 2 of the kinects and already could stream no problems till the new console...

I stream from my Xbox through a PC. The issue I'm having is that I can't get streaming audio through my headset, same thing with using discord (I know about using the new discord to xbox party chat thing but the quality is weird). I use astro A50's and if I have to connect them to the Xbox, if I connect them to the pc I get no game audio. Is there a way to make it work or do I need to get a new headset like A40's or something?
Thanks followed the instructions and even managed to have it upload my stream to ‘past streams’ however upon watching it back it was appearing over exposed compared to what I was watching while gaming. It maybe due to HDR on in the game settings itself or Xbox settings so guessing it doesn’t record HDR therefore the stream looked overly bright and misty. So do I need to literally turn off HDR on the console and or in the game itself or even lower Xbox from 4K to 1080p.? (Use massive 4K HDR etc TV hence Xbox set up as so but may not be ideal for streaming)
It could be a few things like HDR - They only advice I can give is test your stream and make tweaks and refine from there. Each game and output is always gunna be a little different.

I wonder if automatic for the bitrate works. I’ve set mine at 2500 and 4000 and felt like it wasn’t perfect, but auto is 6500 at 1080 everytime for me (if I set it to 720 automatic will switch it to 1080) I’m going to see if automatic works.

I will have to double check but I think some games and consoles like PS have a setting where they user has to turn on share voice. Tell them to look for that.

I’ve never had this issue but I recently started streaming on twitch on my Xbox series S now I get a black Black screen when screaming
When I use my hyper x sting core headset on Xbox I can hear myself through the stream but it is very low and the game audio is not there
I have the same headset, and I stream daily and it is fine for me.

I watched the whole video thank you I learned a few things I didn't know. I do have a question which is why does my twitch looks so washed-out when I am streaming from the Xbox as opposed to when I'm streaming from streamlabs on the laptop using to capture card. The graphics look good and the contract is perfect but the colors are washed out. I tried to look at the settings to see if there was a way to fix it but I cannot find anything. Any ideas or quick tips?

Is it better to stream direct from the console than capture card? Can we add a camera for viewers what cameras?
If your are on console you have to use the PlayStation or Xbox camera for whichever console you are using. Capture cards generally offer more options for overlays etc.

Any tips on fixing the audio lag? Stream looks and sounds great. But the audio is so far behind when I’m talking.
I have the same problem. You can fix it by unplugging your headset (assuming yours has a built in mic) from the controller and plugging it back in. Strangely enough this works... But it often crashes your stream. Console only streaming is just stress to be honest. It's all a guessing game cos u can't even do a test stream without going live which I think is ridiculous! Xbox should have had a special stream app which allows u to customise stuff alot better and test things before going live!

I'm trying to help my husband fix his stream but we can't seem to get past the pixilated screens. I've upped his bit rate already, and it's at 720p since he's new to streaming. He just got his series s today I might just try upping the bit rate again to see if it helps. We replaced our router a couple weeks ago and my stream (PC) runs smoothly but his doesn't. Is there anything I can do other than upping his bit rate?
It can be a few things - I would check what his kb rate is when he is trying to stream. I have a feeling its way lower than you think when all the devices in your house are connected and working around the same time. Also make sure its not on wifi but a cable is plugged into it

anybody else having trouble tryna stream on their series x...i been able to get a stream going twice for a mins but if i try to change modes to test out 1080 or 720 with diff bitrates my stream will just stay on buffering i cant get past it...ive done every troubleshoot i know....every setting...reinstalling twitch...taking off hdr and 4k if that affects the stream (can someone tell me if that does or not) and last thing sometimes twitch will give me a error code 7601bea5 ive googled it but theirs not much to go on
I have a 15mbps upload but it lags way too much and recommends that the Bitrate should be lowered. When I do the automatic test it says I must make my Bitrare around 400 - which looks horrible!!

are you able to boast your speed through your IPS? you are gunna need KB rate in the 1000 to 5000 range to look good

@Sparkezxx I can mute and unmute party but I can’t control the volume, during streaming the party cannot be heard. I’ve searched for a solution but unable to find anything that works.
Sometimes your party members will need to adjust their privacy settings so that their voices can be shared. Something to look into at least.
@@Wild4 After many days of research it turns out i just had to uninstall and reinstall twitch on my console and it fixed the issue. Thanks for your feedback - that’s the next step, always ask my friends to join stream chat. Been following your videos and my stream is up and running. Making slow but steady progress.
