    Excellent presentation. Liked, subscribed, and rang that bell.
    P.S. Appreciated your showing the box. Now I have an idea of what I will be contending with when the bike arrives. (My Rad Rover boxes were way larger than the Heybike's container).

    Great review!! I was looking at the Lectric 3.0 and came across this bike. can the tires be swapped out to use 3" tires instead? We don't go off road as much and thought that 3" tires is a sweet spot.

  • @theone2be33
    @theone2be33 ปีที่แล้ว +7

    A battery alone is $500. Tires are $60-70. Seat is $40. Controller, display $150ish. Frame $100ish. Time, labor, shipping. It all adds up.

    Hey,
    Are the mechanical brakes connected to the electrical system in any way? I know some hydraulic brakes cut off power when you engage them. Do you know if these mechanical brakes do the same?

    You should compare it to the engwe L20 2.0 I chose the L20 over this bike only cuz of the 52v battery slightly cheaper price . But I feel like I’m starting to regret it . I do food deliveries so the extra weight capacity on the Mars 2.0 would have came in handy

    Seems like they changed stuff on this bike since then. My screen is black backlit and looks newer. Also my Bike seat height rod don't look like that either.

    Looks like you were running way high tire pressures for such big fat tires. They're supposed to visibly deform to make good contact with the terrain.

    what is the coldest outdoor temperature that ebikes can be used? At what point does the battery risk getting damaged from cold-temp riding? Thanks! ✌🛴🌍

    • @Andrew-vt4jt
      @Andrew-vt4jt ปีที่แล้ว

      I've never had issues riding in cold but it does reduce range and top speed dramatically when it is below freezing. I like to keep my batteries at 50-60% when storing them in cold months.
