So hilarious that you got lost there for a minute talking about the ancient times of VHS and almost forgot you were reviewing Moana 2, hahahaha. Don´t ever change Adam!
I had the worst experience seeing Moana 2. These girls sitting next to me kept talking, on their phones, and on top of that literally hitting each other during the movie. I shushed them and told them to stop, and they looked at me like I was the problem. People are literally a*holes and families are the worst which was exactly what was sitting next to me. The Mom did nothing about it. I’m just gonna go really late at night so I don’t have to deal with entitled a*hole people. And get this, they had to bring blankets in!! Blankets!! When you see blankets, it’s game over man. Because they treat the movie theater like their home and don’t care if they ruin your experience.
@@michaelotoole1807 It seriously is getting worse. It’s funny because I never had these issues and I went to the movie theaters a ton and I never dealt with any issues. But now, I’m having more and more bad experiences and I’m getting sick and tired of it.

So now all the assholes do whatever they want, all the time, anywhere.
As a person who really loves the first Moana movie, this one was pretty crap for me. The songs were awful, it has an undercooked story, it’s so generic, and I got so bored in half way through. 4/10 for me.
@@Tha_Triggathere's this top secret trick only a few people know, you go to the theater and real discretely ask them for a ticket to a movie that's already out. You gotta be really sneaky about it though.
Here's what I would've wanted in a Moana sequel: Moana and Maui explore a lost civilization on a new island (based off Easter Island and/or New Zealand) where the climate and the geography is different, any survivors speak in a very foreign language, lots of stone ruins, maybe there's some evil deity buried underneath the island (taking beats from Makuta from Bionicle)
It’s pretty clear this movie wasn’t going to be great since it started as a Disney+ series and then got turned into a theatrical release. Just feels like a cash grab.
A basic review for the movie is... yeah, this is Disney doing their straight to DVD sequels but now in theaters because their movies bombed so hard last year they are desperate for money. That sound about right?
It definitely will unless it falls off a cliff from here. Most big movies will do 2.5-3.5x the opening weekend. That places it at 975 mill-ish to 1.25 billion. I say it will. The main question is, is it really frontloaded due to the holiday? Most of these family films have "legs". May not start strong, but carry on for months. How strong its legs are remain to be seen
My daughter told me that she wants to see this, but, I’m honestly the one that doesn’t look forward to the sequel since I really didn’t love Moana….I liked it, but didn’t love it…..I do appreciate your honesty as always, Adam!

I only go to the last showing for movies now because I want to hopefully be the only one in the theater.
People, don't actually splash your computers with water. That's just his humour.
Man, the fact that you had to say that is sad for the state of the world.
Skibidi Bop Mm Dada
Now you tell me !!
Ah man, I wish I had read this comment 30 seconds ago.
Don't tell me what to do.. if I want to make my phone drink because it's thirsty it will get this water

How'd you already see it.
@ Uhh, it’s already out

Those little coconut dudes need their own movie 😂
Moana à Deux
You beat me to it by 4 hours😅
Here's what I would've wanted in a Moana sequel:
Moana and Maui explore a lost civilization on a new island (based off Easter Island and/or New Zealand) where the climate and the geography is different, any survivors speak in a very foreign language, lots of stone ruins, maybe there's some evil deity buried underneath the island (taking beats from Makuta from Bionicle)
This would’ve been the main plotline of the Moana tv series however, we’ll never know now because it was cut down to make this lackluster sequel.
I watched this in 4DX and I loved it special final act 💯
we used to watch movies on strips of magnetic tape
I enjoyed it! Don't understand the hate it is getting.
🤔 I honestly don't perceive it as hate, but rather disappointment, especially coming from viewers who love the original Moana.
One correction: The old dude doesn't like the ocean, BECAUSE HE CAN'T SWIM!
$220M record breaking Thanksgiving weekend. Looks like another hit for Disney.
Gotta change that thumbnail to "Less-ana."
I'm available for a consulting think-tank position.
Safe, easy, and affordable is a bit of an upgrade from where Disney has been lately.
this would have definitely served better as a Disney + series.
Took the family to this one the kids loved it the story was ok but the songs kinda suck and there was a lot of them
" what are you doing here, bazinga?" 😂
Ah, Sam Goody with rows and rows of VHS tapes for $50 each. The 80's/90's were a time of magical crap.
Cant believe people are goign to the theater for what was supposed to be a Disney+ tv show. Yikes
Npc’s. Must. Consume. Product.
NPC’s gonna NPC.
I love your reviews Adam. Please don't make them cringe. If something takes 5 legitimate minutes take 6...not 11.
the only saving grace of the movie is the stupid chicken. love him!

She’s the one who chooses them
The post credit scene is top tier
At least you didn’t say BETAMAX😅

Huh? Inside Out 2 and Elemental were hits for Disney. Inside Out 2 made a billion DOLLARS.
I thought it was not that bad
Yeah it was good.
all they said is that her community would disappear if she didnt find more people... idky tho
So strange
Omg Sam Goody!!!!!!!!! 😆
VHS? 😄 What of Betamax and Laserdisc, good sir?
You remind me of that dude in Younger.
📼 vhs..... Lol, very funny Adam
The stem inventor girl was CRINGE
Do you still think Moana 2 will break 1 billion dollars at the box-office?
I think it will get close but I’m almost never right on these things

And they made huge bank on this boring stupid retread. Love the new lows of the film going audience.
