First three rounds with 24kg.. one extra break included, slow pace. Than another 3 rounds with 20kg, fast pace.. 💪🏋️

Actually I was expecting the Black Sabbath song Heaven & Hell to be playing! Great workout as usual!

Like the workouts & the like the music ( don't change)!!! New subscriber for sure! One request... I would love to see Steve's original 300 workout with synthwave playing! I need this... Make it happen Mr. Stark.

I now know why it's titled "heaven and hell"! Wow! Great workout. I'll plan to come back to this one.
What was the weight you used?

Gregory, I see your foot rocking slightly on your swings.
How important is to keep full contact on the ground with the foot? I understand you swing with more a sport, fluid style and the conservation of momentum and energy for long cycles is your style.
I too focus on fluid, efficient and strong kinetic chain motions in my swings rather than a hard style concrete approach.
    Cheers.

It's important to stay rooted and grounded. Yet, when getting a little bit more advanced, I start incorporating the back-and-forth rocking from the kettlebell sport snatch. It's more a fluid interception of the gravity pull of the weight. - Gregory

Glad I’m not the only one that doesn’t like the “omelette maker” circular clean from Mr. Maxwell’s original program.

I see you guys arching back backwards a lot , with the swing and the clean for example ... whats the deal with that?

Sportstyle! What we’re used to seeing is hardstyle

It's actually the upper body (T-Spine) that goes in a kyphotic position to counterbalance the weights. - Gregory
