Been following u for awhile now. I'm so happy for you. Being a mother of 4 adult children, let me tell you no 2 pregnancy are the same. Wishing you the very best and will be praying for you.
I knew it!! Kylie and Guido having a newborn and going through all you did initially at the hospital.. don’t look back. You did the very best you could at the time and who has the energy to pursue legal action while recovering and taking care of a newborn?? But that said, the hospital should be held accountable and you need to be proactive this time. Thank God for this new little one you are so anxiously awaiting … what a blessing to be wanted so very much and all the love that you will share. It’s so wonderful watching little Gianfranco and the two of you lovingly teaching him in the garden. And so fun to see your sister, mother and father, and friends gathering around in support. You will be in my prayers throughout the pregnancy.
The reason it's impossible not to be excited from the moment you know you're expecting is because you know its your baby. Its not just a clump of cells, its a little person being grown.. I lost my 3rd to miscarriage and I grieved. But the Lord blessed us with amnother. Im so happy for you all.
25 years ago this Sunday, I gave birth to my sweet son. I had a good but long birth (36 hours) at the hospital. I had a midwife who was great but after the birth the nurse I had to deal with was very abusive, I had to have an IV and she harmed me and was very unkind. MY son's father told her "I have not heard my partner cry once in 36 hours and you are hurting her and being very rude and scary, stop." Go get another nurse. She did and after I left the maternity ward, I called and filed a complaint, turns out this nurse had a history of such behavior, and I was told she would probably be fired. I was ok with that. I am sure I protected many other women from such harm.
I became pregnant while breast feeding! and was told that just because you don't have your cycle doesn't mean you can't get pregnant! There are just 14 months between my son and daughter.😊
I've had three children in Italy and only with the first one I had a nasty nurse who was verbaly abusive. Luckily I didn't see her after that horrible half hour. All the. others were very sweet.
After not being active so much the past few weeks, I am beyond happy that this was the reason behind your absence. Thank God! I'm wishing you a safe pregnancy and delivery, dear Kylie. ❤ Big hug!
So happy for you. I really hope your birth experience is easier than your first. I still think about that and wish it had been different. I think this time is going to be a great experience! ❤
@kathryncollings2805 Not at home, no. Not with Kylie's @kylieflavell history. I do, however, highly recommend a doula. Here in Canada, doulas are allowed in the hospital, as are midwives. Just need to discuss with your doctor, so they know what your wishes are.
As a retired obstetrician and having cared for thousands of pregnant women totally agree no home birth you should have no problem actually delivering the baby and my suggestion is to visit any hospital you are considering delivering in you can usually feel the kindness of the staff by the way they greet each other and if people seem happy . In most hospitals you will be classified as high risk anda special plan decided onandyou understand Is it possible to leave the hospital after24 hours if all ok and employ a doula or post natal nurse at home Kiakaha(stay strong in Māori aroha from Nz
Doulas are amazing. Totally there for you in the pre-, during, and post-birth experience. The midwife is who supports the baby, the doula is totally focused on the mum. My step-DIL is a doula, and also had doulas present at the births of her two precious little ones. Total game-changer! Even if Guido and your mom or sister can be present this time, there is so much more a doula and MW can also offer. Either way, I know this birth will be so much better! You know more, you're all more prepared. So overjoyed for you!! ❤ @kylieflavell
Congratulations, what exciting news!! 🎉🎉 As a mom of 2 boys who are 2 years and 2 months apart some of my biggest lessons learned and successful practices are 1. Give Gianfranco (I hope I’m spelling that right) the time to come around to his sibling especially in the beginning after he or she is born. Don’t force anything. It took my eldest at least 6 months to start showing true affection towards his brother. And now he has blossomed into the best big brother I could have ever dreamed of. 2. when you are at hospital if possible try to have him visit you everyday and have him know mommy is coming home and prepare him for this time before hand by talking to him regularly about it. This is something I didn’t even think about and the 4 days I spent in hospital after birth was very traumatising for my eldest because he believed mommy lives here now with my brother. When I came home he literally jumped up ad down at the doorway and you could see the relief on his face and that really broke my heart. 3. where possible try not to force them to share things- toys, rooms, etc. This is something I feel I actually got right and I see this practice paying off now because they willingly share with other. They willingly want to spend time and even sleep in the same room and I believe it’s because from the beginning they learned how to respect each others spaces and things and when one wants something they ask each other for it and the other knows they will take care of that thing so it’s ok to share but most importantly if they don’t want to share it’s ok to say no and there are no repercussions. And it goes both ways, not just the eldest having to share because he’s older. 4. Try your best not to say no to either child with the reason of the other. Like I can’t play with you right now I have to put the baby to bed etc. it was a big lesson for me because little by little my eldest started associating the no’s with the baby and of course this is where resentment and jealousy can grow. So no matter how true it is of why I can’t do something in the moment I try my best to rephrase my response without including the other child, like please give mommy 5 minutes and you will have my complete attention or even get them involved like let’s make the bottle together and you can even feed your brother and then we can play. It won’t always be perfect but even now that they are older and growing and super close it’s still something I’m always conscious of. 5. spend time where possible with each seperately so that you minimise as much as possible them fighting for your attention. This is something that’s materialising now that they are older but kids will be so exited to do the simplest tasks and chores with you so for me it’s 2 birds with one stone but in the end no matter what it is you do with each child separately it’s making them feel like they have quality time with mommy and my husband has had to do the same as well. 6. lastly give yourself grace. Only you and your husband truly know your kids and what will work and what will not. You won’t always get it right. It won’t always be perfect. The 2 kids will fight. Just know that everyday you are doing your best and you learn from your mistakes of yesterday and today and you do better tomorrow. ❤❤
Hello congrats, do not have home birth with history of hemorrhage, please go to another hospital, talking to the head nurse will change nothing. Guido is correct, you need a hospital that is prepared for anything. I'm so happy for you and as a former maternity nurse ,your thinking is correct at this time.
My first thought was about your safety and treatment at the hospital. I’m glad you’re planning early to be in a better position this time. Congratulations on this happy news.
Hi, I’ve been following for a long time but I’m not sure if I’ve ever commented, although I love every video. I’m 26 and had my second son this last November. Congratulations to you and your family on this amazing news! I so commend you both for the work you’ve put into your marriage during parenthood. When I heard the story of your hospital experience I was enraged and saddened for you! No woman deserves that during such a sacred and difficult time. The nurses for both of my deliveries in the US were amazing, they took care of me and helped me so much during the night with my babies. I wish the same for you the second time around and pray for a happy and healthy mama and child. I tried to find in the comments if anyone had given advice for welcoming a second child and I didn’t see any, but I’m sorry if any of this has been said. These were some tips I read or heard that I implemented and worked well for us! When first introducing our toddler to the baby, we did so with the baby not in one of our arms, but with the baby put down. I read it helps the oldest not feel as though suddenly they are replaced and your arms that have been for them until now are suddenly unavailable. I think it just keeps things a little more neutral to start off with. When I am busy feeding or caring for the baby in some way and my toddler is wanting me or wanting something, I try not to “blame” the baby for why I am unavailable. For example instead of saying I can’t play because the baby has to eat, I try to say I would love to play with you in a little bit, or I will play with you as soon as I am able. I found my toddler enjoys helping because it makes him feel involved when I am busy, so I will give him tasks to help if I’m rocking the baby to sleep, like tucking a blanket around the baby in my arms, or going to get a diaper for the baby if I’m changing him, things like that. Mostly I would like to say to give yourself and Gianfranco as much grace as you can. It is a big transition and for us there were some hard days and nights. After the first week or two, everyone calmed down a bit and things started to even out. I will say I have even less time than I did before, but like Guido said, surrendering to the priority of parenting will give you peace when you start feeling overwhelmed. Kylie my first son also had a very difficult start to life with a lot of daily pain due to reflux and intolerances, and sleep was nonexistent for us as well. I really admire your attitude in regards to a second baby because I couldn’t help but be afraid of watching another little baby go through that again. However, our second has been healthy and happy and we are especially thankful as looking back it would have been harder to take care of both if our second had been the one with difficulties. I think your second will be different as well and you’ll be able to enjoy everything much more. Sorry for the long winded comment, I will end with saying it is such a joy to see such a beautiful family grow. Best wishes -Kayla
I so agree with you. I needed to at least tell my close family and friends for the support like you said. We miscarried and I needed the support. Silence would have been so difficult and felt inauthentic for me. I’m so thrilled for you both. Enjoy this time! Congratulations!
I am super happy for you both and Gianfranco who will have a sibling and your entire family. Thank God! Thank you for sharing it with us. God bless you!
Each baby is so completely different. My son was my third child and he was the easiest to deliver. After arriving at the hospital, one hour away, I delivered him 2 hours later. He weighed 10 lbs. 11 oz @ 21". He's now 45 years old and a colonel in the U.S. Army. I am so very happy for you three. I'm sending you positive and loving thoughts your way.
How refreshing to hear Guido speak regarding priorities, some fathers choose to not pivot to priorities with having a child. My children were such a joy, much love and happiness to both of you. Congratulations!
Wow, I hadn't checked in with you for so long I didn't even remember the name of your channel so I had to Google "Australian woman moves to Italy and marries Italian man." I think the Angels wanted me to reach out and remind you about my channel!
Kylie, I would only suggest that you go to a different hospital for fear that your anxiety will automatically kick in from just being in the same surroundings where you had such a terrible first experience. However, I have every faith that Guido's got this!!! He's going to make sure you're in the right place. Congratulations to you both! Many blessings.💞💞💞
CONGRATULATIONS Kylie to you, Guido, Gianfranco and your Families. What exciting wonderful news. Regardless of some of the “issues” that go on around the world, there are moments like you and Guido are sharing with us, that actually matter. May good health follow you and yours. ❤️
Wow. The long view of you and Guido on the couch makes such a beautiful picture. Such an amazing future. Two little ones will now be nurtured by these remarkable parents!
I think we wait because it’s painful to have to tell people there won’t be a baby. Especially if it happens more than once. You’ll be fine! A baby is a blessing! Wishing you health, joy, peace and all good things!🙏🏼
Oh, Kylie and Guido, I have tears of joy for you all. Whatever unfolds will be perfect, no matter what, and you and Guido will do whatever it takes. May you continue to be blessed and grateful. 🎉 BTW, my grandson was born on January 1, 2024, and my son coached and cheered on and massaged and the hospital was full of staff and medical personnel. That was at a teaching hospital in Trieste. I always favored teaching hospitals where all of the doctors and medical teams and support are up on the latest research and excel clinically and academically. Enjoy each present moment fully. Love and Light, K
I am so excited for you and Guido and Gianfranco! I love your channel, I always watch each time you put one out. Take care of yourself and enjoy the solo time you have with your little man, keep telling him how much you love him. He will likely be a little jealous but needs to know he is still your moon and stars. Bless you all. Josephine
Congratulations, the family is getting bigger. You are both so emotionally mature and understand the meaning of being there for one another when needed is a blessing for everyone !!
Congratulations Kylie and Guido! I am so sorry about the miscarriage but so grateful that you are in the 2nd trimester of the prayers. Sending prayers.🙏🙏🙏
Guido and Kylie’s, Congratulations!!!! Everything will be absolutely fine! All babies are soooo different! You have got this down now, enjoy every moment! ❤
CONGRATULATIONS❣❣You have not only made yourselves happy but your precious son as well! Having a sibling close to his age - someone he can relate with - is ultimately the best! Bravo! Wishing you a fabulous pregnancy and a wonderful summer!
So happy for you. All you said makes so much sense. You were very wise to find help. And having your parents near. It's so beautiful to see three genenations.
Hi Kylie and Guido, congratulations on the upcoming arrival of your new baby! I am a long term viewer and I am so happy for you and the life you have created together with Guido. I was pregnant with my 2nd baby around the time you had Gianfranco so I feel as if I have been on this parenting journey with you. Having two children close together in age has been wonderful, I have a girl and a boy 19 months apart! It has been a wonderful journey, not going to lie it’s been difficult but I always like to remind myself that ‘hard doesn’t mean bad’ and in retrospect the time goes so fast. Just try to soak it all in, being a mother is the most valuable experience of all! Wishing you all the best ❤
When I saw the last vlog in Greece I had an idea you were pregnant or will be announcing soon. I always have the intuation for this so I am glad I have more proof again and ofcourse Congratulations for your family, sending you all lots of blessings.
My son and his wife have had their 7 th child and they age from 10 to brand new. All loved and fit perfectly into our lives. Don't over think it enjoy every precious moment and the love u give them is the main thing. You doing great. From a very proud grandma of 8 xx
Wow Kylie! That is amazing news. That darling little boy deserves a friendly sibling! He will be a terrific brother! Does he know ? You certainly know how to do things differently this time! I recall your graphic disappointment about the way you were treated in the hospital. There is no need for fear . You are beautiful parents. What better thing to do? I feel confident it will be ever so much easier. Congratulations!❤Covid was such a far reaching nightmare!
What joyful news! I am so happy for all of you. And keeping the news private until now seems completely appropriate. Hopefully the delivery will be a much easier experience this time. Wishing you good health and happiness. Enjoy every moment. ❤
Excellent news! This precious child will be so loved as Gianfranco is. I pray for your healthy child to be born in a loving, efficient birth facility, and highly recommend the Swaddelini for baby, so you can get all the must needed rest you need.
Congratulations to both of you! Even though we don’t know each other I must tell you I was sincerely filled with so much joy when you announced your pregnancy to your viewers. I literally yelled out “Yeah, another baby” 😃 Kylie, I pray for you to have a safe, wonderful, pregnancy and a healthy beautiful baby. Many blessings to you and your Husband 🙏. May God bless you and keep you safe now, during your labor, and postpartum 🙏😊❤️❤❤❤😊🙏
Congratulations!!! 💫 Sad that we can't watch the lil' ones grow, they bring such joy in their adventures and discoveries, but we TOtally understand. You've come so far, and you are a vision of energy, determination, beauty, and accomplishment. Wishing this part of your life journey every happiness with good health, inciteful vision, and warmth all around. Sending endless best wishes!✨💛🍃
OMG!!! Congratulations Kylie to you and Guido!!🎉 I am soo happy for you and both! Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful news with us! Gianfranco is going to be a big brother…he will be amazing! Sending such blessings for a healthy pregnancy and a happy & healthy baby! 🙏🏽Sending love always!❤
Congratulations Kylie & Guido!!You are both so blessed, but your children are so blessed to have you as parents too! With each child, it’s more work, always different, but overwhelmingly more love too.. so can see a lot of extra love coming your way! We lived with my parents for a few weeks after the beautiful birth of our first child, having moved back home to Australia from overseas. It was such a precious time sharing that joy and having their help. So happy for you that your families will be close!
From Cape Town South Africa... This is wonderful news. Congratulations and all blessings to you and your lovely family.... May each month pass by with ease and excitement while anticipating the gift of your second child on the way. Thank you for all that you share each week.
I am so happy for you two and for Gianfranco. This is fantastic news! Congratulations! I suggest being open with Gianfranco about the coming baby and how he reacts. When you start showing, tell him there is a baby inside who will be your brother or sister. More often, kids will be excited when they know what is going on. All the best to you these next few months and I pray you get more compassionate nurses.
Congratulations Kylie and Guido! I am delighted for you both ❤❤ I too am a first time grandmother and it is wonderful to have a baby in the family again bringing much joy and happiness. Wishing you well and thank you for sharing your news, all my love ❤❤❤
Everything will be so much better this time..🤗🤗🤗💐Your son will be lovely with his new sibling as you both have encouraged him in his everyday life to share. Congratulations and enjoy!
Congratulations to you both!!! I'm always in awe of how much you do when you have hardly slept. You are amazing! I am extremely fortunate to have a one year that sleeps through the night and I'm still tired everyday!
Congratulations to you both and I do hope that you will be feeling much better as the weeks pass and you are past the early stages of feeling tired and sick. Also take it easy with the heat: great that you have a pool as well for this pregnancy and thank you so much for sharing!
Congratulations!!! Yes, as a retired nurse, what they did to you last time, absolutely cruel treatment and criminal!!! I would even say Evil!!! Anyway, if I were you please go to another hospital, just arrange it ahead of time. No human should treat another human like you were treated that first time. So happy for you 🙏💜
I had two late miscarriages, and needed every bit of support I could find. For me it was due to an autoimmune disease that attacked my pregnancies, unbeknownst to me or my doctors at the time. Luckily, I already had two healthy boys (who are now 15 and 18). Personally I feel it is very important to share this kind of experience, especially because most of us women will experience this at some point. I was never able to carry another baby, but remember so well how precious and magical it was to be pregnant and expecting. Congratulations and much health and happiness to you all! May everything go smoothly from here!
@@KylieFlavell Yes, I am so lucky! I also work as a musician from home so I know some of the chalenges you deal with! Kudos to you for juggling it all. It seems you really have a wonderful support system too. My mother live downstairs from me for a number of years when my children were really small. It saved my life, and musical career!
OMG Kylie & Guido, I am so happy for you! You were born to be a mother Kylie, having two will be wonderful. It is fantastic that you have been able to share this with your family this time. Congratulations to you both. Am looking forward to your next chapters.
Kylie, 36 years ago I gave birth to a baby girl and one of my great blessings was to have her grow up with her big brother loving her so very much. This is why as soon as I heard you were pregnant I immediately thought of Jean Franco and how wonderful it was going to be for him to have a brother or sister to love and grow with throughout his life time. Congratulations to you, your husband and most of all JeanFranco! Wishing you love and blessings
Two babies are never the same Kylie. You have got this. You’re a fantastic mother. I am so happy for you both..👍❤️👍
Thank you. That’s such a lovely thing to write.
Been following u for awhile now. I'm so happy for you. Being a mother of 4 adult children, let me tell you no 2 pregnancy are the same. Wishing you the very best and will be praying for you.

This is absolutely the best news! Congratulations to you both. I recently became a grandmother for the first time, and it is a joy.
Congratulations on you!

How horrible you were treated so badly. What a shame. I hope it did't hurt the woderful moments of having your newborn baby .
She's such a natural beauty. I like her hair curly like this.

So happy for you. I really hope your birth experience is easier than your first. I still think about that and wish it had been different. I think this time is going to be a great experience! ❤

I think your second will be different as well and you’ll be able to enjoy everything much more. Sorry for the long winded comment, I will end with saying it is such a joy to see such a beautiful family grow. Best wishes -Kayla
Wow, thank you for taking the time to write this to me, Kayla. Such great advice for us. Definitely taking it all onboard. 😘😘😘😘
@@KylieFlavell ❤️❤️❤️ Thank YOU for all the wonderful videos over the years sharing beauty and wisdom and recipes and more.
Congratulations!!! 🎉
You both are truly blessed 🌷🙏🏻🦋
Thank you so much!
Kylie so happy for you! It’s such a beautiful gift for you and your husband.
Enhorabuena Kylie me alegro mucho por vosotros,Guido tendrás un hermanito o hermanita,os deseo lo mejor😘😘
Congratulations. Yes I recall your horrendous treatment by the staff and certainly wish you a peaceful and happy experience this time.
CONGRATULATIONS Kylie to you, Guido, Gianfranco and your Families. What exciting wonderful news. Regardless of some of the “issues” that go on around the world, there are moments like you and Guido are sharing with us, that actually matter. May good health follow you and yours. ❤️
Oh Wow wow! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!! That is great news!🎉❤❤
Wow. The long view of you and Guido on the couch makes such a beautiful picture. Such an amazing future. Two little ones will now be nurtured by these remarkable parents!
With all the craziness in the world, It is so wonderful to hear of your good news!!
Guido is such a great husband and Father ! Beautiful family, thanks for sharing
Delighted to hear your good news Kylie and Guido ….you must only share what you both feel comfort sharing with us …..how wonderful for Gianfranco. ❤️
Congrats! I had a boy around the same time you did and now I’m pregnant too due December! Good luck with everything!! ♥️
Wow! So we’re on this journey in parallel! 🤰🏼♥️ Hope all goes well for you.

Im so very happy for you, Guido, and Jean-Franco. Blessings 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Congrats from Argentina ❤❤❤ Such good news ! Blessings to you all

Wow Kylie! That is amazing news. That darling little boy deserves a friendly sibling! He will be a terrific brother! Does he know ? You certainly know how to do things differently this time! I recall your graphic disappointment about the way you were treated in the hospital. There is no need for
fear . You are beautiful parents. What better thing to do? I feel confident it will be ever so much easier. Congratulations!❤Covid was such a far reaching nightmare!
Not yet. We’ll wait until I have a bigger tummy. 🤰🏼

Sad that we can't watch the lil' ones grow, they bring such joy in their adventures and discoveries, but we TOtally understand.
You've come so far, and you are a vision of energy, determination, beauty, and accomplishment.
Wishing this part of your life journey every happiness with good health, inciteful vision, and warmth all around.

I knew this from the very start of your video. Congratulations!!!!
Congratulations Kylie and Guido! I am delighted for you both ❤❤
I too am a first time grandmother and it is wonderful to have a baby in the family again bringing much joy and happiness. Wishing you well and thank you for sharing your news, all my love ❤❤❤

Congratulations to you both!!! I'm always in awe of how much you do when you have hardly slept. You are amazing! I am extremely fortunate to have a one year that sleeps through the night and I'm still tired everyday!
Congratulations! Could not be more happier for both of you and Gianfranco! God Bless! 🥰
Very sweet news! ❤ Experience is a wonderful teacher.
Congratulations to you both and I do hope that you will be feeling much better as the weeks pass and you are past the early stages of feeling tired and sick. Also take it easy with the heat: great that you have a pool as well for this pregnancy and thank you so much for sharing!
Yes! No workmen renovating inside the house AND a pool - it will be so much easier!
Very, very happy for all of you!
Beautiful news Kylie❤huge congrats to you both🎉
So happy for you. Hope your pregnancy goes smoothly and your delivery will be better then last time. Prayers and Happiness to you both.
So happy for you 🙏💜
Thank you. Yes, I’m not so keen to return to that hospital even though Guido was suggesting it. 😊
So sorry you had to go through that but glad to hear you still have the joy of being a mother. ♥️♥️♥️
Congratulations Kylie and Guido. Sending you hugs from Liguria. 😊🌷
OMG Kylie & Guido, I am so happy for you! You were born to be a mother Kylie, having two will be wonderful. It is fantastic that you have been able to share this with your family this time. Congratulations to you both. Am looking forward to your next chapters.
Let me say Congratulations and continue watching 🎉🎉🎉🎉
You were born to be a mother! Blessings to you and your little family. ❤
I am so happy for you both! Congratulations! Your videos always make me so happy and this one goes beyond!
So pleased for you all.
Congratulations to you three, 🎉 I highly enjoy watching your support to each other. Inspiring. ❤🇦🇺
