Thank you so much for posting a video about this machine. I purchased it earlier today and prefer to watch a video than read the brochure. Great explanation and you sound just as excited to use it as me.
Great video - very instructive. One suggestion: when your coffee has finished brewing, you may want to "close" the filter in order that coffee doesn't drip onto your "stay warm" pad - over time that could affect the functioning of the warming pad, and it makes cleaning easier.
Wow must say you did a awesome job explaining the features better than a lot of other videos I've seen thxs so much will be locking you in for other reviews of yours take care
This video was great, my current Keurig decided it no longer wanted to work. I've been looking at this and with your review I believe I finally made up my mind. Thank you.
I didn't bother with the instructions, I just went at it. My old ninja stopped working a few days ago and I tried other methods of brewing and none were any good. My new ninja arrived the other day and I was dying for a good cup of coffee so forget the inatructions, I went at it straight away, and finally got my food cup of coffee. I had no idea it came with a frother, or you can set it to hot water only via a different path. Excellent breakdown of all the features. I would have gotten to the instructions eventually, but now there's no need.
Thank you for sharing this video. My husband bought Ninja coffee maker, I thought it’s a little complicated and wanted to return it. But after watching your video, I decided to keep it!! Thank you so much!!! 😍😍😍
I'm looking to update my current Ninja to this exact model soon and this was a great primer on what to expect, thank you! When using the frother I find it works well to keep the mixer just below the surface of the milk/cream as it more readily mixes in air to froth it up thoroughly and quickly.
Love your channel name. Usually moms watch TH-cam reviews at night 👍🏼😁 I just got my Ninja Dual Brew PRO. I thought it was awesome, but I got overwhelmed with all the functions, thanks for your review 💖🌸
Thank you so much for this! I was having a little bit of trouble trying to figure everything out, even though you went into detail which is exactly what I needed you were straight to the point still 👍🏼
Thanks for teaching me about my new coffee machine! I was so confused, took me forever just to figure out why the closed icon kept blinking at me 🤣 I wish I would’ve watched this sooner
Thank you so much for this review! It was fantastic. I have been going back and forth between this and a Nespresso, and this review made my decision much easier!
I think I’m going to have to get me one of those I like oatmeal I making soup and coffee and I like frothing it all falls under the one coffee pot so thanks for sharing
Wow thank you so much for the excellent and through review! I couldn’t make up my mind to go with this or the Keurig, and after watching this I will definitely choose the ninja. Thank you!
This Ninja Dual Brew/Pro is super and easy to use. I love this coffee machine!! Very Happy that I bought this product because most of my relatives are from The Netherlands and they like strong coffee or Cappuccino coffee.👍👍👍🙂 Very good explanations on this video how to use this Ninja Dual Brew/ Pro Coffee System!!👍
What reusable K Cup filters can be used with this machine as the three holes is not standard with the Kurig models. Does Ninja make one specifically for theis machine??? Can you use the paper filters??? Thanks
I have not owned a coffee maker in probably 15 years. How long are these modern digital coffee makers lasting approximately? Is it about 2 years? I have been brewing via stove top and cloth filtering, but this product sounds appealing... If only it wouldn't malfunction quickly, like most of these type of things.
I hope you don’t mind, I have a question. "Do the round pre-filled coffee filter “bags” that are usually found in hotels, able to be used with this coffee maker?"
I am sold! Is there a filter for water? My tap water is not great. When using a pod how much higher is the coffeemaker when door lifted. Trying to figure out if I have enough clearance under my cabinet. Thanks!
Great Video. For the grounds, does it tell you how much coffee grounds you need to put in the filter for the different coffee size your using? Is the filter paper only? Thanks
Ive been using the scoop that came with the old ninja. It says on the scoop how much coffee to use per size, but that didn't work for me. I found 5 of the small scoops worked best on the old ninja, and 6 small scoops on the new ninja. IMO, they suggest too much.
This was a super helpful review. I bought the machine. However, as I mainly brew a full carafe, I brewed two pots and with two different filters including the one that came with it, massive amounts of coffee grounds were all over the carafe and in the coffee. Looks like the water comes out too fast and the filter overflows into the basket. It's a shame because I love everything else about it! Returning it today and probably picking up a Keurig K-Duo Plus so we'll see how that goes.
That's too bad. Mine arrived the other day and I made several full pots of coffee using grinds with paper filters, and didn't see a single grind. Yours is likely defective.
I just ordered mine a few minutes ago. Big question... Can you make a glass of iced tea with this and if so, how did you go about it? Thank you for this awesome review. 😊🥰😋
Not sure if you have it figured out by this time, but am thinking that don't they make K-cups with tea instead of coffee? I am thinking use these, then use the ice setting.
I have not opened the box yet but can you put your own grounds into the kcup piece or just kcups I have a machine that has a fillable kcup for my own grounds
Unfortunately not yet, but hopefully soon. The keurig adapters only have 1 or 5 holes to puncture the cup (depending on your model) , however Ninja's machine has 3 so the adapters will not work. I agree that this would be great for Ninja to have for single serve coffee users. The work around is using the grounds feature but you would need a filter. Hope this helps :)
158 degrees is not hot enough for a just brewed cup to extract the most flavors... Its recommended you should brew between 195 and 205, to get the most out of your grinds, will go with the other ninja hot and cold that brews into a cup at 180 degrees. At cream and it drops to a perfect hot drinkable coffee. Convenience is nice but if I'm spending that kind of money I want a true brew. Great review btw...
Were you able to receive any answers as to why this is only available through Kohl's (and I think Walmart now)? I'm really interested in this product, especially after watching your video, but am concerned that it's not listed on the Ninja site yet?
Great info video. I ordered one today, arriving Tuesday. Do they have a K-Cup Holder so that you use grounds or do you have to use a filter just for one cup.?
I don't think they have a Kcup adapter just yet, but I hope they do in the future. I wouldn't put it past Ninja to create an adapter for the machine. The work around would be using the grounds, but its as you stated, you would need a filter for one cup. Hope this helps :)
@@mcurry0115 Yes it does have an adapter for prepackage K-Cup but I am referring to being able to insert a K-Cup whereas you can use coffee grounds of your choice. I had a Keurig before this Ninja and they had provided one and I loved it.
I'm thinking about getting this, however I have read reviews where using K-cups you also have to use a coffee filter due to coffee ground getting into cup of coffee. Can anyone confirm this?
@@susanelizabeth5486 I use Dunkin K-Cups... I have only had grounds in my coffee a few times due to the K-cup not dispensing water fast enough... no complaints though.... love the machine.
I bought one, returned it the next day. I had some of the cheaper k-cups and it wouldn't puncture them correctly and I only got water. One started brewing and then the top popped open and it stopped. It almost seemed like the needles were to short to puncture properly. Maybe I just had a bad one. I like my old Ninja but thought the k-cup option was nice if it worked.
Oh no, im so sorry to hear about that. I wonder if the unit was bad or damaged? I will definitely test other kcup brands to check this out. Thank you for letting us know your experience with the machine Tim.
@@NightTimeMommyReviews Quick update, I purchased a second one because I like the features. Everything works great except for the Target brand k-cups, it just seems the plastic is too thick for it to punch the bottom hole. Not a show stopper, I can do without those.

Great Review! Do you know if it has a feature to warn you when water is low. I have burned several Keurig machines where the water meter malfunctions.
I got rid of my Keriug a long time ago after seeing how discussing the inside can get. Does this machine have the same issue?

I made over ice with coffee today. It was so good. The ice held up for a while, as opposed to the hot & cold maker. I want to try ice tea, have you?.
