Imagine if they stayed true to the games and made Daxter able to use his gun that has 3 firing modes (gas, flamethrower, and ultrasonic) and his electric swatter. If they gave Daxter his hulking Dark Daxter transformation he would absolutely body Clank in half a second. Whoever researched Jak & Daxter for this DB did a terrible job.
