There is a reason this song is so seldom covered - it's far too complex for most all bands. Here we have musicians - and engineer(s) - who can indeed pull off this musical masterpiece. This is more than a cover. It is a tribute, an homage to the greatest band ever.

Ive listened to this tune for 30 yrs and besides Plant, she is the only person who knows the lyrics. ❤ JPJ tunes.
The lyrics are addressed to Jimmy in a not so complimentary way regarding his absentee from the bands interests during some addiction years so I’m sure he had the vocals buried a little more than usual.

my first listen of this song last year, i was in disbelief -- how could led zeppelin put out such excessive clown music? but i was intrigued, until about five spins later, i finally fell in love with it, and now it's one of my favourites.
i did NOT believe it was remotely possible for this to be performed live. this totally blew me away! seriously, i cannot thank you enough for this!

Why "In Through The Outdoor" which came out in 79 was so underrated I don't get. I was 15 then and absolutely loved it then, and now.

Love this! I remember seeing this album at Camelot Music as a nine year old boy circa 1979. I was flipping through KISS records thinking what’s up with the paper bag and who in the heck is Led Zeppelin? Also, love fade to “Into The Light”.

I had the album on 8 track in December 1979 after my older brother age 22 was killed in a car accident after midnight November 30 coming back from a Kansas concert in Shreveport Louisiana. Look up their concert schedule. I had just started high school. He had been playing this and after he died I listened to it on repeat at night while I slept. I was listening when Bonham died and found out later and he was already my favorite magical drummer. Of course I became a drummer, singer, and eventually learned guitar too.

I actually saw Jimmy Page sitting alone at the bar at the Ole Absinthe House in New Orleans.
Of course we talked and drank, he was very friendly.
He was wearing a long tail black tux at the time.
He was there following the night's show during the 86' Firm tour.
I KNEW I was looking right at the album cover LIVE.
So glad it was recreated as it should be.
