- Just a small update show casing a new 1x1 variant that includes top and bottom hatches for the ability to connect a docker as has been requested multiple times.
I do read all the comments, sorry if I don't respond to yours, but I simply don't have time to respond to everyone, I do however read your comments, and while I won't be granting every request, I don't want you to think you aren't heard if I haven't responded to you, sometimes I'm just too busy to stop and comment on everything.

Love the flat walls man make decorating so much better. Your mod has become a staple in my builds. Maybe one day a 3x3 empty with all flat walls?
I'm hoping to eventually have both decorated and empty versions of all types of habs. I'm just slow, so it's going to take many updates to get there, which is why I always say, I fully intend, for the foreseeable future to be releasing roughly monthly updates, I might be done with this mod someday...like by ~mid 2026 or some time there abouts. lol

You are always improving you mod, and when you added pathing to your habs, it was a game-changer. My rather large, 35-person crew battlecruiser came to life, with the crew no longer clustering.

Ok not really a recommendation but maybe something to explore. Im an xbox player btw and know nothing of modding. Ive found that if you glitch your cargo lift module into a 1x1 cargo hab it makes for a cool effect inside your ship. You can see your lift of choice inside the hab. The only downside is theres the panel from the module in the doorway that you have to walk through. If you could somehow make the cargo lift module have transparent sections where doors would potentially be it may be worth taking a look at. Anyway thanks for all your hard work and an awesome mod. Love the new A habs.
I absolutely love your mod! I made a colony/mining ship using your mod and the security hab made a great edition! It was large enough I could put actual trees inside the build. Anyways, if you ever build a mostly open space like 3x3x3 that would be great. I could build an arboretum in a ship :)

I'm really looking forward to seeing your 1X1 and 2X1 habs coming to Xbox. Every time I build or modify a ship, your components are a must.
Technically, both the 1x1 and 2x1 are already on xbox in v2.05, but just don't have the 1x1 with the top/bottom hatch. If you already tried downloading 2.05, on console the update option doesn't actually work, it will say it updated, but it doesn't actually install the updated version, so the only way to actually update is to delete the mod on your system and then re-download the new version.

Love the updates and the feedback as well as just your mod in general, its really helped me make my dream UNSC frigate albiet its 1/6 scale but still! Lol. Keep up the awesome work!
This actually really pretty nice. I was honestly just thinking what if instead of bit being square or round. Could that even work? You know I'm a big fan. I honestly couldn't make half the stuff I've been building without your mods
I just want you to know this mod is amazing. My ships have gotten sooo good since you started putting this stuff out. My only request if you ever have the opportunity would be that while i love the howitzers for ship main batteries they fire just a little too fast for me. I would love a little slower more battleship feeling variant. Or maybe a similar mount but with two barrels. Just something to think about. But either way seriously amazing work
The ramps are gone! One of your best parts too.
I never actually made any ramps, those were DerreTech, I simply made the structure pieces to go under them and support them, I do actually have some ramps that I have planned, but haven't actually made them yet.

I’ve made some super labyrinthine ships in no small part to your modding contributions. Do you think an on ship elevator, something akin to what’s on the Key, would ever be feasible?
It's definitely feasible, when, that I don't know. But someday I'm sure I'll dip my foot in the elevator pond.

I played with your mod a lot of xbox and the only complaints is the frames when you build a big ship with your parts. I would really love to see a light version of the mod one day on the creation kit, like all the habs and everything but less complicated so that the frames on xbox dont drop to 5 lmao
Would I be possible to add pre-made stealth weapons?.....trying to figure them out is complex....also, do the weapons go up and down in and out of combat?
are you going to be adding/making more weapons for the ships like Star Trek Photon Torpedos or maybe even some Energy Mines from Babylon 5 and/or Battle Lasers also from B5 and maybe a Spinal Mount Laser of some kind lol
It would be cool if your weapons, which are the best, had more flips or variants so that they could be glitched into place. A lot of your weapons snap to vanilla parts but are red, so I can't attach them. I'm on XBOX series x. And I downloaded TN's all in one ship mods.

How many habs did you make? Because I'm thinking about building a mega ship that consists of mostly your modded parts.
I'm not exactly certain, but I can say that currently in V3.0-3.1 there are 1001 seperate .nif files included, now that includes all my structural and weapon and various other parts, but there are still quite a few habs, if you include all the various flip options, probably around ~50 different habs available currently(each hab has both an interior and exterior .nif.
hey matilijia I dont know if this is a glich but when I painted my ship some of the stairwells and 2*1 companionways had the paint in them is there a way to fully paint the insides cause it looks pretty good
the colours where blue gold and white if that helps
Yes, most of my habs, when you paint them will have their interiors also painted due to how they are designed.
I'm curious how you got your speed up to 740? Is that your Matilija engines?
I have a personal balance mod that I use that adjusts the speed/thrust of every engine in the game, including my mod and various other mods. But I made it before the CK was out and it has like 12 mod masters, so it's way too dirty of a mod to release on creations.

I won't be, but there are others out there that are making their own, DerreTech, AvonTech, DarkStar, The Star Wars ships, I think inquisitor is working on some Star Trek inspired parts, DP Aerospace, Tiger Shipyards and I'm sure there are more, but those are the ones I'm aware of.

Love the mod and use it often still. Only thing is there are a lot of snapping issues on xbox. I know you don't have one to test on so no biggie. Just wanted to give a heads up in case no one else has. Also, the stairs leave openings when their shouldn't be openings. I'm possibly an idiot and dont know what i'm doing or it could be clashing with another mod I use called "place doors anywhere"
I am aware, and I've been actively testing my mod with no ini edits trying to get all of the snap issues nipped in the patootie, but it's just a one module at a time type of thing and it takes time figuring out what's actually causing the issue. I create my modules having them overlayed on top of vanilla modules to try to make sure they are the same size, but getting the coordinates just right in nifskope isn't as easy as one might think(or at least as easy as I thought it would be). But progress on that front is being made, rest assured, I'm not resting(much) until everything works on all platforms...though it may take a few updates to get there.

Can you make it so that the 1x1 stairs can snap on top of each other? I did a 5 level ship but didn't have a 5 level stair way. Made it work but would have been awesome if I could snap a two & three stair together.
Unfortunately, to do that would require a lot more work, it would require an entire new snap template for stairwells as well as new floor and ceiling plug models that could accommodate a large enough opening for a stairwell, and it would only work on a very small select few pieces designed specifically for it. I love the idea, but it's just more work than I want to commit to at this time.
Edit: And a stairwell connection like that wouldn't be navmeshable, so companions/npc's wouldn't be able to use it. I think that's why BGS used ladder activators instead.
May not have worked with your design, but a 2 and 3 on top of each other joined by a 2 at the meeting point would create like a 'landing'
.. it would mean getting off 1 set and going to the next, but would give you 5 levels.
