The last four are all good, but Flaubert’s chef changed restaurants a few months ago and is not the same. There are also a lot of restaurants that could be considered on this list instead of the ones highlighted.
Arnaud Nicolas is not the same thing as Arnaud's in New Orleans.
Not the worst restaurants, but definitely not the best either.
