- Welcome to Day 86 of my '100 Days to a Better Me' challenge! Today was a fulfilling and relaxing weekend. I started my day with meditation and a refreshing shower before heading to the kitchen to make a delicious and healthy breakfast-a buckwheat bread pizza topped with bell peppers, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds, paired with dragon fruit, red grapes, plum, and a cup of green tea.
For lunch, I had a comforting meal of buckwheat roti with mustard greens, leftover pumpkins, and tofu, followed by an unexpected second lunch of irresistible chicken! The rest of the day was all about self-care-I played my singing bowl and skipped dinner due to feeling full. I wrapped up the day with soothing chamomile tea.
