Day 48 of 100-Day Challenge | 4 AM Workout, Rudra Abhishek Pooja & Spiritual Refreshment

Welcome to Day 48 of my 100-day challenge! Today started bright and early at 4 AM with a refreshing glass of lemon water, followed by an intense workout session. After a quick shower, I got ready for the Rudra Abhishek Pooja at our place. The spiritual energy during the pooja was incredible, and I felt truly refreshed and uplifted. I enjoyed some prasad and then took a much-needed 3-hour nap to catch up on sleep. Waking up, I had a light meal of dragon fruit as it's Monday, a day I dedicate to eating light.
