It would help to have more clarification in what sense you're using the word "chaos." Is it randomness, since languages will form different ways of expressing similar ideas, or is it disorder, which might increase within a single language? Maybe it's both, or is it something entirely different? In the common use of "chaos," ultimate linguistic chaos would lead to nonsense and lack of communication. Looking forward to further installments of this series.
