Both oil and salt slow the growth of the yeast, so when a yeast bread recipe calls for either I suggest you don’t reduce or eliminate either of them, and add them at the time the recipe calls them.

Katy, ma compagne, étant souvent en Amérique Centrale ou Latine, a ramené une recette de "pan de queso brasileño" qu'on se fait parfois lorsqu'on est au chalet. On se le fait au Manchego, au Gruyère, au Cantal, au Parmesan, au Pecorino, à la Feta etc les possibilité sont innombrables et c'est toujours très bons.
