      I wondered if I was the only one that cried during this. I'm glad I wasn't alone! I'm pregnant again after almost 14 years, this baby was a total surprise and I didn't think it was in my cards. Guess the universe had different plans 🥰

    I have no living children, and I experienced 2 miscarriages over the summer. We finally had the courage to try again last month after seeing multiple doctors and trying new meds. I am 6 weeks pregnant today and so incredibly worried that I will miscarry again. This meditation helped so much, thank you. ❤️

    Thank you for this, I was crying during some of this. I’m 9 weeks tomorrow and for the last 3 weeks I’ve been doing nothing but having all day morning sickness and having trouble keeping even water down 😢 I felt stressed and sad that my body isn’t doing what is “normal” thank you so much for saying “it’s okay to not be okay” I needed to hear that ❤

    We have three gestational sacs…one visible heartbeat at 106bpm. The other two we have to wait and see. I trust my body. I trust my babies. Thank you for the peace of this meditation.

    I wish I found this sooner. I have extreme morning sickness everyday and am struggling to even stay hydrated. I've felt so guilty that the last few days on medication are the only times I've been able to keep my prenatal vitamin down. I really need some positivity. Thank you.

      I’m 9 weeks tomorrow and for last 3 weeks every day has been all day sickness :( feels like I’m sick! But it’s just baby! 😢 I’m here with you guys!

      @@cassiekat4055 Praying for you both! My dr prescribed a different anti naseau and that seems to be helping with the puking. Im hoping we just have to hang on a little longer until the second tri 😂

    I am 35 with lupus and 13 weeks. I have spotting, the doctor said everything was fine...but it's scares me... This meditation has helped me remind calm

    This is a very nice meditation. Im 5 weeks and having insomnia and anxiety 😥 I feel calmer yet will listen to it a few more times to settle my anxiousness ❤

      I’ve been having issues falling asleep as well while body starts under going through these changes(wouldn’t have it any other way) but this meditation has helped me fall asleep and decrease my anxiety. We owe it to our baby to relax💕we create our reality❤

      @@amritasurendran091 Hi there , I actually ended up having a ‘missed miscarriage ‘ as they call it . Not fetal heartbeat at my 1st doctors appointment.. So as far as symptoms I’m back to my normal self . Hopefully will get pregnant again in a few months and have less anxiety the next time around . Thanks for asking 🙏

      Is in God’s plan , HCG levels vary with everyone 🙏🥰

    9 weeks with our 5th child and I was feel sad from being nauseated all the time lately and also because with our 2nd pregnancy we had twins but one of them passed away shortly after birth. His other twin, our son is healthy and happy and 6 years old now. Sometimes I get extremely emotional thinking about his twin brother. Thanks for soothing my heart break and reminding me that God made me perfect for carrying babies and I'm the perfect mother for my baby. 😢so emotional!
