    This really helped me being 5 weeks pregnant today. And I had a miscarriage last year. This kept me very calm and knowing that I’m going to be okay and my baby will be okay. You’re very much appreciated 🙏🏽

    Omg this touched me so much. I've just recently found God. Even though I've been going to church all my life. And I realized I was living with the devil for many years.     I'm 27 weeks pregnant and I do this everyday. I feel so connected with my baby and it's so active when I do this. I think the baby likes it too ❤

    This is a gift truly. I was born with a unilateral cleft and my 3 year old a bilateral. So to stumble upon this not knowing you understand really put my mind at ease. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and from my prego belly!

    Would love more of these. You mentioned facing hard news in a pregnancy. There is often a lot of preparing the mind for labor, but not as much the wars in the mind during pregnancy such as hard diagnosis, complications in pregnancy, or pregnancy after loss. Also, the concern of FTM entering motherhood.

    Thank you for this relaxing meditation. I had two miscarriages this year, so seeing your two babies made me tear up a little (like my babies were leading me through the forest). I’m pregnant for the third time this year, and much further along. These positive affirmations settled my heart and calmed my mind and body so I can relax into this pregnancy today.     Currently 37.5 weeks, thanks for keeping me fit throughout this pregnancy! Baby is breech right now, and this meditation helped to calm my anxiety around this and whatever happens from now💖

    This was amazing! 39w+3 d and really needed this complete relaxation. Jessica’s voice is non-irritating and soothing which helped me during my meditation unlike some other drawn out,nasal slow videos. Forest sounds added to the overall session. Very thankful and will have this one on repeat until the big day!thank you!

    I’m pregnant 2 months after a traumatic miscarriage and I’m feeling so much stress. I really find it hard to manage my emotions sometimes. I just really want to know everything will be ok.

    Perfect affirmations, but sound of water when you're not speaking is loud and then very quiet when you are speaking...It's confusing to listen quiet loud quiet loud😕
