It's one of those things where it's just there right in front of you. Unlike other fucking things online that you need to know about that gives you all sorts of bullshit and you never get to the main fucking point!!!!!
One coachbuilder has deliberately moved away from such jigs given the potential for wear-related play that such mechanisms are prone to ie misalignment, inaccuracy etc.
Huh. Doesn’t look very safe structure compared to the original. Nothing is protecting of side crash. There were no transverse stiffeners and they fixed sides by using screws! How are these possible to get registered?
Not with the new ones.. Now a days they have a machine that grabs both ends of a regular car, and pulls each side creating negative force this stretching the actual car.
c'est très marrant c'est voiture rallonger même si on m'a fait cadeau d'une toute neuve je n'en veux pas comme 99 % des Européens parce que en Europe on ne peut pas s'en servir nos routes sont trop petites
No. The transmission tunnel they welded on wasn't even the same shape as the original. The box section they used on the sides wasn't the same shape as the original. The list goes on. Total shoddy work. I wouldn't feel safe in that car.
I was wondering too. The limo builder I used to go to in the 1990's would put the car on rails, before cutting it and pushing the parts apart to ensure this.
Folks these cars are extremely dangerous,as their are not enough exit points for the amount of people they hold, only 2 exit points for over 12 people in case of an accident or fire.It should be a law they need 2 extra exit points for a total of 4 for the passengers. Many people have died in fires and accidents due too not being able too get out due too panicking by the passengers.

I just randomly asked myself today, how the heck are limos made?
10 secs later, here I am watching this video. Life is good.
Diego Martinez Same.

Okay but what about the driveshaft? That's what I'm wondering, do they just have a 30 ft long driveshaft? Do they convert it to fwd?
Hi how much it cost to make mkt car into limousine

How many price this car.....?
Hi how much it cost to make MKT Car into limousine ans how many days it take plz
This never crossed my mind when I hired Star Travel Limousines for their service. This is one amazing tech build by mankind
Do they change the gearing, add a larger radiator and add a transmission cooler?
No that all stays as fatory.
+Bill D kgf cfr CFC kgf cfr CCC
Mónica Caillou
+ Adrian Wilson can't tell if just trolling or literally too dumb to live?
They should be adding all those upgrades...cant tell if trolling or just too dumb to live?
it is a beautiful car
for the body work added metal, how about if hotter, then expands. If cooler, then contracts? Sorry for my bad English

You reckon there would be more limos on the road if they only take 5 minutes to build???
Why do the likes of Lincoln, Cadillac, Chrysler never build them to order?
an interesting absence of chassis jigs or indeed any kind of alignment tools other than a tape measure. Hmmmm....
Some parts are edited out.
@@Grimpmann And you know this because ???
@Dennis , Brevard NC, Are you being serious?
One coachbuilder has deliberately moved away from such jigs given the potential for wear-related play that such mechanisms are prone to ie misalignment, inaccuracy etc.
Wow you can make a limo in one day? Cool!
Maybe, but the project is way much harder and takes a lot more time to be made.
bodywork and streching didn't seem precise at all .. measuring tape?! really??
يا هاذا اشمت شمتوو بها هسياره لك شو حضك انتي ياسياره بهادنيا ليش الله اختارك من بين كل السيارات 😩
What about the driveshaft, brakes lines, brakes, trans, etc
it seems they know how to do it, if they have custom side body
Huh. Doesn’t look very safe structure compared to the original. Nothing is protecting of side crash. There were no transverse stiffeners and they fixed sides by using screws! How are these possible to get registered?
mattikaki No transverse stiffeners! What’s this world coming to...

👍🙏🚗
Is it for billionares?
Classic workers please come to Pakistan Karachi
Wondering if all limos are front wheel drive or have a really long driveshaft
Really long drive shaft
👍👍👍👍👍
Amazing these are street legal after such an alteration
Just like new.
Do they need to improve the brakes?
tim hodson i don't think they needed to, i never seen a fast limo. they just cruising like 15mph.
In the 1990's you could order your Cadillac with heavy duty brakes if you wanted to stretch it.
Probably just make theme front wheel drive to save having to make 6 meter long drive shaft.
Car is 2012 Chrysler 300
Hello epta
KLASS
I believe there are upper end Limo companies that do a much better job then this one does.
they make a custom driveshaft thats for sure lol
Not with the new ones..
Now a days they have a machine that grabs both ends of a regular car, and pulls each side creating negative force this stretching the actual car.
+redsn0 And the glass, too. It's all liquid in one form or another, anyway.;)
+redsn0 Lol
Yes. The whole car is stuck, except for the driveshaft.
@@redsn0LIVE Those with a little more money to spend throw the car in front of a black hole to stretch it out. It gives a nicer, more natural look.
We have done a great jobb
you didn't work on the car
I came here to see how they were made after the really bad crash in NY.
Same here, now its clear how something like that happens. The car body probably just disintegrated on impact.
Longest brake line in the world they should make it air brakes
That music is about as boring as a dental drill at minimal speed....the car is very nice, but that music is so irritating...IMHO
Hi
SérgioBaranitaSoares
The preacher brought me here
is it really safe?
No, in a crash the rear is pretty much going to crush through that poorly constructed middle part.
How did the car become strong and sturdy from the driver's side, even though there is no pole for the door?
It baffles me. Why build a stretched car when there is no car park available for them.
yhwe100 Parties and things of that sort, lol
They made that look far too easy
I even wonder
Front wheel driven limos this long cannot be good.
I have driven limos thoughout the 1990 and up untill 2002.
I think our next Limousine from www.limousine.nl is also streched by this company. Nice Work!
hi
Why this channel has not any New videos.....did the creater died??
You know some people forget passwords or loose there account not necessarily died
Chrysler 300C
center of wheel to center of wheel front to back is how you should check for being true square

Didn't even check it for square before welding. Lame

The limo builder I used to go to in the 1990's would put the car on rails, before cutting it and pushing the parts apart to ensure this.
I was just thinking, "this thing is going to dog leg all the way down the road"
Or maybe they checked it. but just didn't show it on this video.

Now the new law requires fire exit
Which is 5th door

Very cheaply put together...structural integrity totally gone.
