A SHOWSTOPPING Learjet limo has been unveiled, featuring a fully-custom design that has transformed a former plane into a club on wheels. The one-of-a-kind vehicle, which cost more than $1 million to construct and can transport up to eight passengers, uses four 28-inch wheels attached to a wingless Learjet fuselage. Before it was debuted in 2018, the 28-metre (42ft)-long ‘Limo-Jet’ was in the making for 12 years, and is the brainchild of designer Dan Harris and owner Frank DeAngelo. Frank told Barcroft Media: “We’ve had people pull over on the side of the road, and they’ll get out of the car and video tape the limo."

It would’ve looked much more futuristic with 3 wheels instead of 4. But I could only imagine how much more work that would take.
That wouldn’t be possible to make street legal. Rear wheel base would have to be way too wide to drive at road vehicles speeds without tipping over with the slightest turn with how long it is.

Considering, according to CNET, a Leerjet 85 brand new is $20.8 million I absolutely agree with your statement. At most liberally generous cost should be $500K but he wants 10 times more than that. Conservatively most I'd pay is $250K but it must come with a diesel engine as the fuel won't turn into rubbish varnish. Sure, it may grow some algae and other crap but the fuel can be polished clean through filters then re-used.
And probably don’t go over 100 miles

Over $5M to buy? Lmao you can buy an actual business jet for less than that! And the guy said it only costed him $1M to make and I know there's no more than $500,000 in design costs and man hours. He made a big mistake admitting the true cost. It just isn't logical to pay greater than $5M for something that costed $1.5M and that's probably truly only worth $300,000 - $600,000 MAX. Just because its unique doesn't mean it has value.
