- How you can point drift | Forza Horizon 5? It's pretty easy. In Forza Horizon 5 there are different ways of drift. One of them is point drift. What is meant by that is that you want to drift to get as high points as possible. Examples might set a world record in certain drift zones? A good tip that I did not say in the video is to have simulator steering on. Helps a little when you point drift. Good luck!

The downforce only starts to kick in at about 75mph and scales up to a maximum (diff on each car) as you go faster. Think of it like speed based ballast, it changes the weight distribution and load on the tires. So let's say you find the car has a tendency to grab grip whenever you're sliding at say 110mph. Decreasing the rear downforce can let you continue to overpower the tires and keep the drift going. Conversely in the same situation but downforce has already been minimized as you have done, you can increase the front downforce to shift more weight to the front and make the care more prone to oversteer at high speed.

downforce in back adds traction and hurts you numbers.High down force in frontallows the rear to more easily slide,if your downforce is greater than the rear. Great video. Thankyou
i can do point drifting with my rear wheel drive RTR set up. it is all in how you tune your car. mine is completely different but i enjoyed your video for a new take.

awd drift just blows my mind. i dont understand how to hold the angle when not on the ebrake cause as soon as i get back on throttle the car just immediately straightens. maybe its cause im on standard steering instead of sim
This may be because you are driving with regular steering. Sim steering do a great job! Helps a great deal! Forgot to say it in video :D

One question. Riding on your tune setup - can’t do long drifts, is it lack of experience or some in game settings?
You use my tune/settings. And you can not do long drifts? Something you must do wrong. :)
