This is so great! Glad I found your channel. The simple,L feel really empowers my attitude that I can do things... Just have to start and figure it out. I have a walk through back porch/pantry type thing that is in dire need of custom shelves and some mud room style lockers. Can't wait to get started
You got this, try to keep it simple at first. Some of my first projects I bit off a little more than I could chew and the final product shows it. But also don’t be afraid to try new techniques because you think they’re hard.

As an amateur woodworker, I think you did a fantastic job! I love the creativity. The only thing I would suggest is taking out that overhead light and replace it with a nice track light or any other fixture you like.
thanks for sharing, I appreciate, editing tip though: please have the background music and voice over at same level, I keep adjusting the sound when listening. cheers
📍 Consideration: budget and time information (and date). 🤙 Amazing what value such little things can bring to a home… beauty, functionality, peace of mind, and raising kiddos right! 🔹 LED or puck lights? 🔹 Place objects on your shelves to determine space needed per level, then mark/fit the next level.
Great job. The only thing I would change is, I would have raised the washer and dryer to the height of the overhead cabinets and made drawers to go under them. It's a game changer when you don't have to bend over to do laundry. But if it's the only place you have to fold clothes, I get it.
Just discovered your channel this morning. Very impressed with your style of videos, I really enjoyed watching this. The laundry room/pantry turned out very nice, what a great room. Nicely done!
loved everything EXCEPT that molding around the butcher block countertop. It looks like you caked on a bunch of caulk to cover up an oopsie. Nevertheless, looks awesome.
Do you prefer the washer and dryer not being stacked now? My wife likes the idea of having a stacked combination, just curious of your thoughts having had both
Why did you hide the plug outlets and the water connections for the washer and dryer? For emergency purposes you would need access behind the wood that you used to cover it up.
The magnet will only find the drywall screws in the stud. Not the stud itself. Metal studs are a pain to attach to. The more course thread the screw the better
I don't need to build any of this, but it's just really fun to watch!
It's so nice to know a man with skills.
Thanks

Hey, I just found your channel, I subscribed right away, and wanted to say I'm enjoying your videos a lot Thank you for sharing your work.
Thanks for watching ❤️
I love how this room turned out. You did a great job!
Thanks so much 🙏🏻
Amazing skills 🙌
Thanks
That’s inspiring. For people who have basic tools, like many of us I assume.
And working garage open while it’s raining, I love it.
Hi from France.
Bonjour et merci
This is wonderful, you can actually USE all that space!! Why do builders waste so much space, it's nuts. And I LOVE the pantry door, it looks amazing.
I don't know WHY U.S. closets aren't made with access to the entire area. I mean just make the doors floor-to-ceiling, end-to-end.
My daughter asked me to help her re-do her pantry/laundry room in the basement and a randomly ran into your vid. Great watch, subbed!
Awesome, glad you liked it
Great job 👏🏿

Thank you, you’re right about the light
Love ur page!! You offer so many good & easy ideas, CHEAP! That’s the best part. Thanks.
Cheap to a fault 😂. Thanks for watching
The hanging baskets are taking up a lot of space (nothing that can’t be changed). But, it looks really nice. Good job 👍🏽
Ole lady wants them. I’m overruled
@@Beau_Builds, haha, ofc! Happy wife, happy life😀
Incredible job!!! The rom looks better than most other builds that just waste space.
Thanks so much
That turned out real great. Good job!
Nice upgrade. Looks great!
Doors especially look great!
Thanks so much

Thanks for the advice.
Awesome job!! Everything looks so good! 👏👏👏👏
Thanks so much
impressive transformation!
Thank you
I don't think I've seen residential houses built with metal studs. Interesting
Yeah, they’re not great. Especially for hanging things
Wow, for making this up as you go you sure are creative and thorough. Congratulations on an outstanding job!
Thanks so much
This is awesome!!!

That’s very kind. Thanks for the suggestions and for watching
How many trips to home depot? Haha.. Great Job!!
I just came across your channel and subscribed. Thank you for sharing this 👍

Great job

Very nice. I wish I could get my landlord to make a lil thing to put my mops and brooms and cleaning supplies.
Goof for you man. I’m too scared to do any of this stuff
NICE!!
Man, that turned out well.
Great job!!! You have some serious skills!!
Great job!!! This is such a better use of space and looks great too
Thanks so much
Nice job!

That was the initial plan. Unfortunately it became a logistical problem with the dryer vent.

Do you prefer the washer and dryer not being stacked now? My wife likes the idea of having a stacked combination, just curious of your thoughts having had both
We love the usable space above them. Overall I think we we prefer them this way
Why did you hide the plug outlets and the water connections for the washer and dryer? For emergency purposes you would need access behind the wood that you used to cover it up.
They’re accessible. The wood backsplash only goes up about 5”s
Amazing.
I want a pantry like this😂
@dewalt sponsorship after @5:12 lol
Haha, I wish
Bet your wife will be having you make those shelves pullout soon.
Prob right. The shelves are so deep that slides would work great. Maybe a future project
Those closets are so wasteful of space with the edges having poor access and the top bit useless. Your design makes much better use of the space
They really are poorly designed but are cheap to make I guess.
@@Beau_Builds it wouldn't cost much more to make the doors full height and width and remove the deadvspace
Beautiful/bet your wife is over the moon. Elizabeth
may i know what kind of screws do you use for screwing into steel stud?
I used deck screws, but there are better options I’m sure. Metal studs are a pain for attaching things
@@Mrbeeebow yes! I see that you have steel stud as well. Do you just use a magnet to find the stud, and screw in? Can I use toggle bolt to hang shelf?
The magnet will only find the drywall screws in the stud. Not the stud itself. Metal studs are a pain to attach to. The more course thread the screw the better
@@Beau_Builds do you have any recommendations on the screws? Would be great if you could send the links too
Bro needs a fly swatter, there is a massive B on the wall @18:20
👏🏻👍🏻❤️😊
Pantry side needs cabinet doors. I’d hate for people to see all my stuff.
It might look better with doors, but it’s much more convenient the way it is.
Nicre
Hey it’s Riley
Great job
Wow, this is amazing!! I love your pantry!! ❤
Very nice
