I wish based bodyworks had like a warehouse or something in Australia because you can get it delivered but it costs so much and i really want the products
work for money
Its much worse in india its like 6k for a single product
@@DorkRiot dollars?
rupia probably. wouldnt be surprised if this guy was a 11 year old who wanted curly hair and doesnt understand the currency system
@@ninjanugget11
I understand the currency system 6k rupees is around $71, and I also know that $71 in India has a different value compared to $71 in the USA. The issue is that Based Bodyworks doesn't manufacture here, so we have to pay import costs on top of the product price. For example, a shampoo bundle that costs $60 in the USA ends up costing $71 in India due to these added expenses.
Currency conversion can definitely make prices feel steep in some countries, but there's no need to assume someone's age or intentions based on their comment.
Not to be that guy but i can also estimate that you're also a 12 year old by seeing the videos on your account, but that's not the case is it?
This is such a great and professional video overall and great advice. The one experience I’ll share is that as someone who has thin, straight hair but that does NOT get oily quickly, texture powder tends to be too dry and gritty for me and ends up clumping hair strands together which then separates them and exposes more scalp, which is not good. I think you have to have a certain level of hair thickness to use texture powder, and if you’re too thin, then it actually makes it look worse. My thin, straight hair seems to like light spray products more…even just a little bit of sea salt spray makes it look decent…just not too much or it’ll look too thin.
w video for my curly hair well done lance u always fill me up with ur juice content!
I needed this so bad thx so much gang
is it good or recommendable to use leave in conditioner with sea salt spray?
Should I put argon oil in sea salt spray to hydrate it?
So if I want a messy middle part and my hair is thick and oily what would be the best product.
I just got sea salt spray and I don’t think it really works that well on my 1a fine to medium hair. Idk if i should get texture powder but people suggested me getting it before.
Can I use both texture powder and sea salt spray at the same time with wavy 2a hair, which is also thin.
If you wanted to cover all bases, you could put out hair routine video for each hair type/style, for example your routine and how many products vs someone with straight hair vs someone with thick wavy who might want a messy fringe etc 💪🏽
Yooo when are you gonna put based in stores
Hey lance nice video but can you talk about moouse for a part 2 if you do one? and while talking about moouse is it good for wavy hair. Thank you for this information video btw
Lance out here saving lives
And cracking mirrors
I will put these all on my christmas list
for the clay, can you leave it in overnight? Like is it as good for your hair as the pomade?
If you leave it overnight won’t it just get messed up
i have with straight hair and between thick and thin but also dry hair
what should i use for a textured fringe
Bro did cookie DIRTY with that thumbnail (gimme that pomade pookie)
You only mention thick or thin hair, but what if my hair is medium thickness-neither thick nor fine-and it's straight but has a slight waviness?
What products should I get??
You have everyone’s ideal hair. Just play around with it. Most likely just a good haircut, heat protectant, maybe just LIGHT sea salt spray and rock it natural. Your hairs oiliness is also a factor, not just hair type.
Can u make a curl mousse
Make a Shampoo/Conditioner tier list
can u use sea salt spray every day ?
Do deep conditioners/hair masks, curl gels and co wash’s
You should do a video about mousse
Yeah
Nah mousse is’ int the meta for curly hair now
@@blakezgotdrip what is meta for curly hair?

Do you guys know if we can use the clay and salt spray together as well?
he said in the video u could bro 😭
That was for pomade
I'm sure you could away with it bro 👊
But like he said in the video expect build up if you have straighter oilier hair, and preferably don't use it everyday
That would work although your hair would get a bit frizzy and dry
How long does the texture powder last if you use it once a day?
A long time
yo lance can u plz do a native shampoo and conditioner review
You should use base bodywork’s powder texture
lance what about medium hair??
Talk about minoxidil
Is the under eye serum dropping?
Make a video about shampoo
How do I figure out my hair type tho??
what ab mousse?
Lance, are you planning on making a Based Bodyworks molding paste, styling cream and thickening spray? Also, are you considering making a body wash and face wash of your Based Bodyworks brand?
No those 3 products are the same as our clay pomade and sea salt with dif names lol
Lance I have a friend with frizzy curls and he wants better curls so he’s gonna get the leave in when it comes out but what’s a good leave in to get before the based drops?! Pls reply
Lance, i have thin wavy hair thats going down ab to the bottom of my nose when i pull it. What product should i use or should i even use any?
Maybe use a bit of Clay or mousse for volume I recommend both mousse for volume and clay for thickness you could also get a haircut
depends on what hairstyle you want but sea salt spray should work really good if u want more texture and volume
Bro let us bring the order here in Greece u don't have the greece option on country
For wavy hair what should I use? I want to make my hair a bit more wavy even a bit curly but I dont think just the leave in conditioner going to cut it.
hey lance i have eczema in my scalp with wavy hair, my eczema causes really bad dandruff and itchiness i use natural products and ur shampoo and i shampoo and condition once a week and any more than that dries it out. what are your recommendations
Leave in conditioner and a curl cream
@@blakezgotdriphow’s that gonna help with my scalp
ordered the powder today bro
How is it?
Is curl gel good
Yeah, it can give you definition, but just using a leave in/curl cream and gel is enough. Any more than 2 (maybe 3) products is just doing to much as lance said
What does matte finish mean?
Invest in Based ❤️🔥
How to buy bassed spray salt
What about mousse lance?
I just got a low taper fringe and I have fine straight hair, i ordered pomade and texture powder, should I have ordered clay, am I cooked?
I have fine straight hair too and im getting the clay and sea salt spray. Ive already had a different type of texture powder and it was ok for a week but my friend said my brand damages hair a lot, and i use a cheap sea salt spray, but i have a pomade type product and i love it. You should be fine
What if my hair is fine and straight but it doesn’t get oily fast would a clay be good
I have the same situation
But clay would make it heavier so maybe texture powder might still work
@@Videos-of_space thanks bro
No if I was lance he would be saying texture powder straight away
I have Thick straight to wavy hair I have a textured fringe what product should i use?
Sea salt spray
Clay
Use pomade like Sam Zia clay might make your hair more frizzy
Hey! How many times should I wash my hair a week if I use hairpowder or generally anything else? Cuz this is the one question I struggle with.
what texture is your hair?
@@zzayyan Its wavy.
@@k0tex_ mine is wavy too, you don't need to use texture powder or salt spray if your hair is wavy, you can wash your hair everyday but only use shampoo 2 or 3 times a week. find a routine that works for you. make sure you use a sulfate and paraben free shampoo and conditioner. you can also apply rosemary oil to your hair to add more texture, silkiness and overall volume.
2-4 times a week is usually enough
If your talking about wqshing hair with water than maybe on the day you use the hairpowder and make sure to use shampoo
What about curl mousse, is it any good ??
That isn’t the meta anymore
bro what do we use if we have long thin straight hair
ANYONE KNOW ANY DISCOUNT CODES
can you talk about moose
Can you leave the clay in your hair like the pomade

Any tips for thin straight hair?
Use texture powder
What if have fine straight hair but i want a hairstyle that flows back etc i dont think texture powder would be a great choice...what hair product do i use then?
Hair clay or maybe sea salt spray
@@alphaa7420no use a pomade that slicks back using that is just gonna add a ton of voloume
Probably clay or pomade if you want texture
I have 1c-2a really thick hair I rock a textured fringe about 5-6 inches long whats going to be my best styling product?
Pomade probably
It depends on if your hair is dry or oily if dry use something that hydrates your hair and a pomade if oily try a texture powder
@@blakezgotdrip my hair is super thick so its hard to run the texture powder through my hair
Just got sea salt spray
how is it compared to normal sea salts??
This is kind of a yap sesh, but what product works best for thick/fine hair? I (think) that’s what my hair is, and wanted to know if texture powder or clay would work better. I ordered the clay and still have some texture powder left over so I can try them both.
Also I wanted to know if texture powder can bring out natural waves/curls, I’m saying this cause whenever I use the texture powder my hair tends to want to flow to the side in kind of waves, but that could just be due to my natural middle part. My mom has slightly wavy hair naturally so I wouldn’t be surprised.
Sorry if this is a dumb question but just wanted to know.
for wavy hair texture powder wouldn't work best, just use the clay or poamde depending on how much hold you want and whether you want a shiny or matte hairstyle
@@docto12372 I don’t think I have wavy hair though, unless I do and I just don’t know. It’s just whenever I use the texture powder my hair in the front tends to flick in waves to the side,
Mmm no it gets rid of grease to add volume so it wouldn’t that much
